近日，网友刘先生发帖称， 其美术作品《最美侗寨》被成都艺术职业大学一学生抄袭，并在学校展览中获一等奖，引发热议。

The Most Beautiful Dong Village (Zuimei Dongzhai), was plagiarized by a student from Chengdu Vocational University of the Arts, with the student's work even winning first prize in a school exhibition.

据九派新闻报道，12月3日，刘先生称这名抄袭的学生已经主动联系他，并且道歉态度良好。学校那边也撤销了作品和奖项，并取消该学生今年评优的机会以示惩戒。
Liu said on Wednesday that the student had proactively contacted him and offered a sincere apology. The school has withdrawn the artwork and the award, and canceled the student's eligibility for this year's merit evaluations as a disciplinary measure.
“我决定给对方一次机会，这件事情到此为止，不再追责了。我本意并不是为难别人，而是不愿默认抄袭这种风气，也是给其他人一个警醒。”刘先生称。
此前，据九派新闻报道，刘先生称这幅版画作品是他去年参加贵州省级展览获得的优秀奖作品，同时被六盘水美术馆收藏。有网友把图片发来询问，他才发现自己的作品被抄袭了。
"I've decided to give him another chance. The matter ends here, and I won't pursue it further," Liu said. "My goal was not to make things difficult for him, but to discourage plagiarism and serve as a warning to others."
According to Liu, he discovered the issue after netizens sent him photos asking whether the student had copied his work. The original print had previously won a provincial award in Guizhou and was collected by an art museum.

“抄袭得一模一样，画中的‘逸玄之书’是我的名字，对方也原封不动地抄了，一点儿都没改动。”刘先生称，对方可以借鉴和学习，但拿去参展还获了一等奖，让原作者很闹心，对抄袭者自身影响也不好。
在该帖评论区，有网友提到，该学生来自成都艺术职业大学，参加的也是校方组织的作品展。
微信公众号“成艺艺术创作”曾发文介绍了此次作品展，该展览系由成艺大学艺术创作委员会、校图书馆、校园委联合主办的《世界读书日版画藏书票作品展》，展出了近200幅作品并评出了一、二、三等奖和创作奖。
目前，公众号“成艺艺术创作”已删除相关获奖公示文章。
A WeChat public account, Chengyi Art Creation, had previously published an article about the exhibition the student entered. Nearly 200 works were displayed, with several prizes awarded. The related award announcement post has been deleted.

校方回应：学生承认存在模仿，已进行批评教育
12月3日，该校相关部门工作人员告诉大皖新闻记者，校方已经关注到此事，并于12月2日组织辅导员及相关教师与涉事学生谈话，学生承认存在模仿行为，且模仿程度较为严重。
学校已对这名学生进行了批评教育，并让其联系原作者真诚致歉，写了道歉书。据其所知，该生与原作者之间的沟通较为顺畅。
A staff member from Chengdu Vocational University of the Arts told reporters on Wednesday that the school had spoken with the student the previous day. The student admitted to serious imitation, received formal criticism, and was instructed to apologize to the original artist and write a letter of remorse. Communication between the two parties has reportedly been smooth.
该工作人员表示，涉事学生读大二，年纪较小，可能在版权保护等法律意识方面存在认知不到位的情况，学校接下来也会加强这方面的教育。
同时，校方也关注到这两天有网民在网上曝光了该生的真实姓名等个人信息，他们也担忧学生心智尚未完全成熟，经受严重心理负担后会造成不好后果，所以也希望外界能多一点宽容，避免过度曝光学生个人信息。
The staff member added that the second-year student "may lack sufficient understanding of copyright and related legal issues", and the university plans to strengthen education in this area. The school also urged the public to show restraint after some netizens posted the student's personal information online, warning that excessive exposure could harm a young student's mental well-being.
