“非遗+”正成为县域城市破局发展的关键。非遗不仅是文化遗产,更是激活地方经济、塑造文化名片的重要资源。面对同质化竞争和消费升级的挑战,县域城市如何借力非遗打造独特文旅品牌,实现引流与盈利的双重目标,已成为亟待解答的时代命题。

发展现状:目前,我国非遗文旅呈现“三多三少”特点:保护项目多,活化利用少;静态展示多,体验互动少;短期节庆多,持续运营少。县域城市非遗开发普遍停留在浅层展示阶段,缺乏系统规划和深度挖掘,导致“千城一面”的现象。

市场机遇:近年来,文旅消费呈现明显趋势:从观光式旅游向沉浸式体验转变,从大众化产品向个性化定制升级,从物质消费向精神消费延伸。非遗所蕴含的手工温度、文化故事和地方特色,恰好契合了当代游客对“真实性”“在地性”和“情感连接”的需求。

县域优势:县域城市拥有相对完整的文化生态和未被过度商业化的非遗资源,具备打造差异化文旅产品的先天条件。小而美、精而特的非遗项目,更易形成独特记忆点和情感共鸣。
