The Poets International Pen Club has decided to organize its 2nd “Golden Pen Award” (2026), for the flourishing of international poetry writing and promotion of global poetic communication, It aims to honor those poets all over the world who have made significant achievements in poetry. The details are announced as follows:
为繁荣国际诗歌创作，推动国际诗歌交流，国际诗人笔会决定主办第二届（2026）国际诗人笔会“金笔奖”评选活动，表彰在诗歌创作领域取得重要成就的世界各国诗人。现将评选事项公告如下：
I. Number of AwardsThe number of awards is set at 2–6.
一、名额设置本届获奖名额为2-6名。
II. Time for Selection1. Submission period opens on December
1, 2025, and closes on August 31, 2026.2. The Poets International Pen Club will invite renowned poets worldwide to form the "Golden Pen Award" Selection Committee responsible for preliminary and final evaluations from September 1, 2026 on. Poets selected in the preliminary evaluation will be nominated for the second Poets International Pen Club (2026) "Golden Pen Award" and advanced to the final evaluation.
3. Final results will be announced on November 1, 2026
二、评选时间
1、2025年12月1日开始征稿，至2026年8月31日截止；
2、2026年9月1日起，由国际诗人笔会邀请国际著名诗人组成“金笔奖”评选委员会，负责初评、终评。初评入围的诗人，将获得第二届（2026）国际诗人笔会“金笔奖”提名，并进入终评；
3、2026年11月1日公布终评结果。
III. Submission Guidelines
1.Submissions must be recommended by the Poets International Pen Club and its branches in various countries/regions, and global poetry organizations or literary institutions. Personal recommendations or self-nominations are not accepted.
2. Prior consent must be secured from the poet being recommended. And the following materials must be provided by recommended poets (one of the three options):
A: A digital copy of a personal poetry collection publicly published from 2024–-2026, ten self-selected poems form the poetry collection, a personal biography, two high-resolution personal photos, and three photos of the poetry collection (cover, back cover, and copyright page). Poetry collections with series ISBNs published by Chinese publishers or self-printed collections are not accepted.
B: Photos of poems (no fewer than 20 with at least 5 per publication) publicly published in literary or poetry magazines from 2024–-2026, a photo of the magazine copyright page, ten self-selected poems form the publication, a personal biography, and two high-resolution personal photos.
C: Web links to poems (no fewer than 20) published on online media from 2025–-2026 (with at least 10 poems per single link), ten self-selected poems form the publication, a personal biography, and two high-resolution personal photos.
3. All digital files, photos, self-selected poems, biographies and web links should be sent to the email address: pipcpft@sina.com. The self-selected poems and personal biography must be submitted in a word document.
三、征稿办法
1、由国际诗人笔会暨各国（地区）分会、世界各国（地区）诗歌组织、文学机构推荐。不接受个人推荐或自荐；
2、推荐时应征得被推荐诗人同意，并提供被推荐诗人的以下作品（3项任选1项）：
A、2024-2026年度在世界各国出版社公开出版的个人诗集电子版1份、自选诗集中诗歌10首、个人简介1份、个人高清照片2张，诗集实物照片3张（封面、封底、版权页各1张）。不接受推荐中国出版社以丛书号、音像号出版的诗集和个人自印诗集；
B、2024-2026年度在文学、诗歌杂志公开发表的诗歌作品（不少于20首，每次发表作品不少于5首）的照片、杂志版权页照片、自选发表作品中的诗歌10首、个人简介1份、个人高清照片2张；
C、2025-2026年度在网络媒体发表的诗歌作品（不少于20首）的网址链接（单一链接不少于10首）、自选发表作品中的诗歌10首、个人简介1份、个人高清照片2张。
3、以上所列的电子版、照片、自选作品、个人简介、网络链接地址等，请发至邮箱：pipcpft@sina.com。其中自选作品和个人简介请以word文档提供。
IV. Award CeremonyThe award ceremony is tentatively scheduled for December 2026. Award-winning poets will be invited to receive their prizes.
四、颁奖典礼拟于2026年12月举行颁奖典礼，邀请获奖诗人出席领奖。
V. Prizes
1. Award-winning poets attending the ceremony will receive a trophy and a certificate.
2. Award-winning poets attending the ceremony will receive a special "Golden Pen Set" as a prize.
3. The award-winning poets will be invited to contribute poems for World Poetry magazine by the Poets International Pen Club, and the poems will be published in featured columns such as "Cover", "Headline", "Pioneer" and "Recommendation".
五、奖品设置
1、为出席颁奖典礼的获奖诗人颁发奖杯和证书；
2、为出席颁奖典礼的获奖诗人颁发奖品——特制“金笔套装”一份；
3、由国际诗人笔会主办的《World Poetry·世界诗歌》杂志向获奖诗人约稿，在“封面”“头条”“先锋”“推荐”等栏目发表。
