The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University issued an official statement on Wednesday, confirming disciplinary measures against nurse Zhang Shuihua for unauthorized paid part-time work and obtaining time off under false pretenses.
12月9日晚，有跑友公开一份福建医科大学附属第一医院的内部通报。
该文件指出张水华存在违规兼职取酬、以虚假理由获得调休的行为，被医院警告处分6个月，并不能参与2025年评优。
The statement followed the online leak of an internal disciplinary notice on Tuesday, which stated that Zhang had received a six-month warning and would be barred from the hospital's 2025 performance evaluations.

红星新闻报道，12月10日早上9时03分，记者拨打了张水华丈夫的电话，电话那头，一男子表示：“张水华2023年代言了361°，你们所有人也都知道。（但）张水华在（今年）9月3日就跟361°解约了，事实就这样。”
“我没什么好说的。”对该《处理决定》提及的其他内容，其表示：“我无可奉告，也不做任何评论。”
Red Star News reported that on Wednesday a reporter contacted Zhang's husband. He confirmed that Zhang had endorsed the sportswear brand 361 Degrees in 2023 but ended the contract on Sept 3, declining to comment on other aspects of the disciplinary decision.
8月底，福建医科大学附属第一医院护士张水华，在哈尔滨马拉松比赛获国内女子组冠军，赛后哭诉“望领导支持调休跑马拉松”，持续引发关注。9月底，张水华发文道歉。
有媒体梳理称，近50天以来，张水华参加了5场马拉松，总奖金超过20万元。
Zhang, who won the domestic women's title at the Harbin Marathon in late August and publicly requested time off to compete, sparked nationwide debate and issued an apology in late September. Reports indicate that Zhang has participated in five marathons over the past 50 days, winning more than 200,000 yuan in prize money.
张水华曾回应网友关于如何平衡爱好和工作的问题，她称护士工作和跑马拉松并不冲突，“跑完再去上班，其实根本就没有什么影响的，我反而觉得跑完之后再去上班的话，我整个人的精神状态就特别好，不会晕沉沉的，就感觉整个人调动起来了兴奋起来了。而且我的肌肉类型能够承受这个压力。”张水华称，工作太累的时候自己也会调整休息，而不是死磕。
12月10日，福建医科大学附属第一医院《情况说明》发出后，澎湃新闻评论称，如果说之前围绕张水华事件的讨论主要还集中在“公众人物言行争议”，那么现在，恐怕她的行为已经触碰到了职场伦理与规范的边界。是安心做一位好护士，还是为热爱坚定选择马拉松？对她来说，可能需要做一个抉择了。
Zhang previously said that running did not interfere with her nursing duties and even energized her. Following the hospital's statement, The Paper noted that the case now touches on workplace ethics, suggesting that Zhang may need to decide between focusing on her nursing career or pursuing marathon running more fully.
