12月10日,2025福布斯中国“国际化教育论坛”在上海福布斯总部隆重举行。
会上颁发了“2025福布斯中国国际化学校卓越校长”奖,启明星学校执行总校长Daniel Williams获此荣誉,并参与了论坛分享“变革时代的校长领导力:数字化与人文并重”的讨论。

Williams 校长说:“能够获得《福布斯》的这一认可,我深感荣幸,但说实话,这份荣誉更是我们整个启明星社区——学生、教师、学校管理团队、顾问委员会以及家长——共同努力的结果。我很幸运能领导这样一支卓越的团队!”
启明星学校致力于社会创新教育,Williams校长介绍,启明星新引入一项社会创新能力——数字伦理(Digital Ethics),其核心不仅仅是把人工智能和技术作为工具来使用,更关注我们如何以伦理的方式使用它们,以减少不平等和不公,而不是加深分裂。我们培养具有勇气和能力去激励他人、创造一个更加公平、可持续和团结世界的社会创新者的使命,比以往任何时候都更加重要。
他也表示,当今的国际教育必须为学生准备一个正被技术和全球紧张局势改变的世界,在这个世界中,传统职业和意义来源正在迅速演变。我们的责任是培养具备伦理观念、能够在不确定性中茁壮成长并为更大利益贡献力量的领导者。由于我们并不拥有所有答案,因此必须不断质问未来会带来什么,并持续演进我们的教育方法。这种勇于提出大胆问题并敢于适应变化的承诺,将引导我们的学生走向有意义的人生,让他们能够在世界上真正产生积极影响。
On December 10, the 2025 Forbes China International Education Forum was grandly held at the Forbes China headquarters in Shanghai.
During the forum, the “2025 Forbes China International School Outstanding Principal Award” (2025 Forbes China International School Principal Selection) was presented. Dr. Daniel Williams, Executive Head of Schools of Daystar Academy, was honored with this prestigious award, and participated in a roundtable forum on behalf of the school, contributing to the discussion titled “School Leadership in an Era of Transformation: Balancing Digital Innovation and Humanistic Values.”

Reflecting on the award and Daystar Academy’s development in the field of Social Innovation, Dr. Williams stated:
"I'm deeply honored to receive this recognition from Forbes, although in truth it reflects the dedication of our entire Daystar Academy community—our students, faculty, school leadership team, advisory board, and parents. It is the result of our collective efforts, and I am fortunate to lead such a remarkable team.
We've recently introduced a new Social Innovation (SI) competency—Digital Ethics. At its core, this is not simply about using artificial intelligence (AI) and technology as tools, but about how we use them ethically, in ways that reduce inequality and injustice rather than deepen division.Our mission to cultivate social innovators with the courage and capacity to inspire others and to create a more equitable, sustainable, and united world is more important than ever.
International education today must prepare students for a world being reshaped by technology and global tensions, where traditional professions and sources of meaning are rapidly evolving. Our responsibility is to develop leaders who are ethically grounded, with the resilience and skills to thrive amid uncertainty, and to contribute to the greater good.
Since we do not have all the answers, we must continually question what the future will bring and continuously evolve our educational approaches. This commitment to asking bold questions and courageously adapting to change will guide our students toward meaningful lives and empower them to make a genuinely positive impact on the world.”
