关于对所有短期签证申请人免采指纹的通知
为进一步便利签证申请人，自即日起至2026年12月31日，中国在荷兰签证机关对所有申请停留期180日以内的短期签证申请人免采指纹。对D字、J1字、Q1字、S1字、X1字及Z字等入境后需办理居留证件的签证申请人，仍按规定采集指纹。

Notice on the Exemption from Fingerprint Collection for Short-term Visa Applicants
In order to further facilitate visa applications, from now until 31 December 2026, Chinese visa authorities in the Netherlands will waive fingerprint collection for all applicants applying for short-term visas with a duration of stay of no more than 180 days.
Fingerprint collection will still be required, in accordance with relevant regulations, for applicants of D, J1, Q1, S1, X1 and Z visas, who are required to apply for residence permits after entry into China.
