12月20日，云南怒江州贡山县文化和旅游局宣布，“贡山县文旅形象宣传口号征集活动”的一则获奖作品确认抄袭10年前四川阿坝州的宣传语征集活动获奖作品，决定取消其获奖资格。
A tourism slogan from Gongshan county in Yunnan province has been stripped of its award after being confirmed as plagiarized, local authorities said Saturday.
The county's bureau of culture and tourism said the winning entry closely resembled a slogan from a similar contest in Aba prefecture, Sichuan province, held a decade ago.
贡山县文旅局介绍，该单位于2024年12月27日举办的“贡山县文旅形象宣传口号征集活动”已完成评审并公示获奖名单。公示期间，该单位收到实名举报，反映获奖作品“在滇西行走，为贡山停留”存在涉嫌抄袭他人创意等违规行为。
经核查，该作品与阿坝州旅游形象新logo、宣传语征集活动“入围奖”作品“在世界行走，为阿坝停留”存在高度相似性，违反活动声明中“原创性要求”及“知识产权保护”相关条款。为维护赛事公平公正，保障所有参赛者合法权益，根据《贡山文旅形象宣传口号征集活动声明》第一条关于“作品必须是原创，若有抄袭、剽窃行为，一经发现，将取消评奖、获奖资格”的规定，经主办方审议决定：取消作品“在滇西行走，为贡山停留”的获奖资格。
According to the bureau, the slogan "Walking in Western Yunnan, Staying for Gongshan" was reported during the public review period through a real-name complaint. After verification, officials determined that the entry bore a high degree of similarity to "Walking the World, Staying for Aba", an award-winning slogan from Aba prefecture's tourism logo and slogan campaign conducted in 2015.
The bureau said the work violated the campaign's originality and intellectual property requirements. In line with the competition rules, which state that any plagiarized or copied work will be disqualified once identified, the organizing committee decided to revoke the slogan's award to safeguard fairness and protect participants' rights.
2015年11月1日——11月30日，阿坝州旅发委、阿坝文旅面向全球公开征集阿坝州旅游形象Logo和宣传语，后于2016年公布了相关获奖名单。其中，四川省蓬安县邓四平的作品“在世界行走，为阿坝停留”获得入围奖。
In November 2015, Aba prefecture held a global campaign to collect tourism logos and slogans, with Deng Siping's "Walking the World, Staying for Aba" receiving a shortlist award.
今年12月17日，贡山县文旅局通过微信公众号公示贡山文旅形象宣传口号征集结果，公示为期3天。据县文旅局介绍，该征集活动一经发起，便吸引了社会各界人士的广泛参与，共收到来自全国各地的投稿作品900余条。
The Gongshan tourism slogan campaign was launched in December 2025 and attracted more than 900 submissions.
为感谢全国各地各界人士的高度关注和积极参与，活动增设入围奖5名，奖励精美礼品一份。入围作品分别是：奔赴心灵之约，探寻贡山秘境；云中秘境，画里贡山；秘境贡山，心灵驿站；在贡山，遇见自己；在滇西行走，为贡山停留。“最佳作品奖”则宣告空缺，该奖项按计划将奖励价值3000元精美纪念品一份。
