据央视新闻，23日，记者从国家文物局获悉，国家文物局成立工作组，就南京博物院文物管理中的有关情况开展核查。
The National Cultural Heritage Administration has formed a working group to investigate issues related to the management of cultural relics at the Nanjing Museum, CCTV reported on Tuesday.
此前，南京博物院12月17日发布情况说明：
2025年12月17日，有关媒体关于“南京博物院藏明代仇英名作为何现身拍卖市场？”的报道，引发舆论关注。
A celebrated painting from the Nanjing Museum's collection has surfaced at an auction, generating widespread attention in China.
2024年11月以来，我院两次收到法院关于庞叔令女士“赠与合同纠纷”的起诉材料。对此，我院高度重视，迅速开展调查核实。1959年1月，我院正式接收庞增和先生（庞叔令女士父亲）捐赠的137幅庞家收藏画作。报道中提及的5幅争议画作，1961年经由张珩、韩慎先、谢稚柳组成的专家组鉴定为“伪”；1964年经由王敦化、徐沄秋、许莘农组成的专家组再次鉴定为“假”。上世纪90年代，我院依照《博物馆藏品管理办法》对该5幅画作进行了处置。目前，该案件正在审理中。
In a statement issued on Dec 17, the Nanjing Museum said it launched an internal review after receiving court documents related to Pang Shuling's "gift contract dispute" lawsuit in November 2024. According to the museum, it formally accepted 137 donated paintings from Pang Zenghe, Pang Shuling's father, in January 1959.
The museum said that five of the donated works – including those now under dispute – were identified as forgeries following two expert appraisals conducted in the early 1960s.
The museum said it disposed of the five works in the 1990s in accordance with regulations governing museum collections at the time.
下一步，我院将积极配合该案件审理，深入核查该5幅画作的去向，如果发现当年处置过程中存在违法违规行为，将配合有关部门依法依规严肃处理。同时，进一步加强对捐赠物品和馆藏文物的规范管理。关于拍卖市场出现的《江南春》图卷是否为受赠画作，尚待进一步查证。
The museum said it will cooperate with the legal proceedings, thoroughly investigating the whereabouts of these five paintings, and if any illegal or non-compliant actions are found during their disposal, it will cooperate with relevant authorities for strict legal handling.
