据环球网援引台湾“中央社”12月24日报道， 台湾艺人黄子佼涉嫌购买少年儿童性影像，台湾“高等法院”11月底二审依“个资法”判处其有期徒刑1年6个月，缓刑4年。 台“高等检察署”（简称“高检署”）24日提起上诉，认为黄子 佼对于少年儿童身心健全发展侵害甚巨，不宜宣告缓刑。
Taiwan prosecutors on Wednesday appealed the sentence handed down last month to former television personality Mickey Huang for purchasing child sexual abuse material.
Huang, a well-known personality on Taiwan television screens for three decades until allegations of sexual offenses surfaced in 2023, was given a one-and-a-half-year prison term that could be suspended for four years.

据报道，台“高检署”24日称，就黄子佼案提起上诉，主要理由为对于少年及儿童身心健全发展的侵害甚巨，不宜宣告缓刑。二审判决仅以与被害人达成和解及赔偿完毕，即予以缓刑，有判决不适用法则或适用不当。
Taiwan prosecutors argued that Huang's actions seriously harmed the physical and mental development of children and teenagers, and therefore he should not receive a suspended sentence.
Granting a suspended sentence on the grounds that he had reached settlements with the victims and paid compensation was an incorrect application of the law, they said.
黄子佼涉购买持有少年及儿童性影像案，一审被依“儿童及少年性剥削防制条例”判处8个月徒刑。经上诉，二审台湾“高等法院”改依“个人资料保护法”判刑其1年6个月，缓刑4年，须提供义务劳务180小时及接受法治教育3场。
此外，二审11月底判决，认定犯罪事实为黄子佼无故持有37名少年儿童共2341个性影像，另无从确认10名少年儿童共503个性影像是否为少儿本人所拍摄及不知其被拍时的年龄，无法就此部分对黄子佼论罪，因此退回由检察官另行处理。
Huang was found guilty on Nov 25 of purchasing 2,341 sexually explicit videos and images involving 37 minors aged 10 to 17 at the time.
However, considering Huang had no previous criminal record and reached settlements with the victims, the court granted him a suspended sentence, and required him to perform 180 hours of community service and attend three legal education sessions.
