这套350㎡的顶层奢寓，选址纽约布鲁克林海滨之畔，将无垠自然盛景与都市工业风情尽收眼底。空间动线流畅无阻，视野豁然开朗，完美实现了外部景致与内部生活的交融共生。
设计巧思深度借力地理禀赋，巨幅落地窗将海滨潮韵与都市霓虹一并揽入室内，勾勒出开阔通透的空间质感。露台之上，木质地板温润雅致，露天泳池与大理石餐台椅相映成趣，构筑成一处观景休闲的绝佳秘境。
The ingenious design deeply leverages the geographical advantages—giant floor-to-ceiling windows embrace both the coastal tidal charm and urban neon lights into the interior, outlining an open and transparent spatial texture. On the terrace, the warm and elegant wooden floor, along with the open-air swimming pool complementing the marble dining tables and chairs, creates an ideal secret haven for viewing scenery and relaxing.
室内设计以极简美学为核心脉络，利落的几何线条与柔软的家居织物碰撞出独特张力。半开放式格局赋予空间十足灵动性，毛绒地毯、慵懒沙发与单人座椅层层铺陈，营造出松弛惬意的居家氛围。黑色镂空陈列柜匠心独运，既清晰划分功能分区，又保持了视觉上的通透连贯。
The interior design takes minimalist aesthetics as its core thread, where neat geometric lines collide with soft home textiles to create a unique tension. The semi-open layout endows the space with great flexibility; plush carpets, lazy sofas and single chairs are arranged layer by layer, building a relaxed and comfortable home atmosphere. The black hollow display cabinet is crafted with great ingenuity—it not only clearly divides the functional zones but also maintains visual transparency and coherence.
厨房采用深邃黑调柜体，奠定沉稳内敛的空间基调；原木餐桌椅则巧妙化解厚重感，搭配素雅白瓷花瓶点缀其间，平添几分禅意雅致。每一处设计元素皆相辅相成、平衡共生，共同勾勒出和谐统一的空间美学。当帘幕缓缓拉开，城市的昼夜光影便化作餐厨区最灵动的动态背景。
The kitchen adopts deep black cabinets, setting a calm and restrained spatial tone; the log dining tables and chairs cleverly resolve the sense of heaviness, and when paired with elegant white porcelain vases as decoration, they add a touch of Zen and refinement. Every design element complements each other and coexists in balance, jointly outlining a harmonious and unified spatial aesthetics. When the curtains are slowly drawn apart, the day and night light and shadow of the city become the most vivid dynamic background of the kitchen and dining area.
设计师精准把控每一寸空间肌理，让不同功能区域都能带来耳目一新的感官体验。卧室借鉴奢华酒店套房的布局范式，集睡眠、阅读、收纳与卫浴功能于一体。温润原木材质贯穿空间，与质感冷冽的卫浴区域形成鲜明反差，淋漓尽致地诠释出大胆而统一的设计语言。
The designer precisely controls every inch of the spatial texture, ensuring that different functional zones can bring a refreshing sensory experience. The bedroom draws on the layout model of luxury hotel suites, integrating the functions of sleeping, reading, storage and bathroom into one. The warm log material runs through the space, forming a sharp contrast with the cool-toned bathroom area, perfectly interpreting a bold yet unified design language.
水泥质的灰色墙面，和空间里的其他部分形成风格张力，却能巧妙融合为一个有机统一的整体。双人款的洗手台，在提升使用效率、规整空间秩序的同时，还能强化每日洗漱的仪式感，更给居住者留下了随心打造专属体验的空间。
The cement gray walls create a stylistic tension with other parts of the space, yet cleverly blend into an organic and unified whole. The double vanity not only improves the use efficiency and regulates the spatial order, but also enhances the sense of ritual in daily washing, and even leaves room for residents to create a personalized experience at will.
