辽宁盘锦一幼儿园“15天虐童上千次”案，有了新进展——
A court in Northeast China on Thursday sentenced a kindergarten teacher to two years in prison for abusing multiple young children, in a case that has sparked public outrage over child safety.
据新华社消息，辽宁省盘锦市大洼区人民法院12月25日一审公开宣判，对被告人张某以虐待被看护人罪判处有期徒刑二年，同时禁止其从事密切接触未成年人的工作。
The Dawa District People's Court in Panjin, Liaoning province, said that the defendant, surnamed Zhang, was convicted of abusing kids under her care. The court also barred her from working in any job involving close contact with minors.
此外，该幼儿园已被永久关停。盘锦市纪委监委依规依纪对24名相关责任人员予以党纪政纪处分与组织处理。
今年3月，辽宁省盘锦市盘山县羊圈子镇鹏程幼儿园教师被指殴打女童。根据医院的诊断结果，孟先生3岁的女儿患有精神障碍。当地警方立案处理，对3位涉事教师进行行政拘留，1995年出生的教师张某被刑事拘留。
经法院审理查明，被告人张某系辽宁省盘山县鹏程幼儿园学前班老师。2025年3月3日至3月21日期间，张某在其所任职幼儿园内，多次对孟某某等8名幼儿实施恐吓、推搡、拍打、拖拽、怼打等行为。
2025年3月21日，孟某某母亲李某某查看幼儿园监控时发现张某拍打孟某某面部、推搡孟某某致其头部撞到墙面。次日，李某某将孟某某带至盘锦市中心医院就诊，诊断为头皮挫伤。
According to the ruling, Zhang worked as a preschool teacher at Pengcheng Kindergarten in Panshan county. Between March 3 and March 21, 2025, she repeatedly threatened, shoved, slapped, dragged and struck at least eight children in her class.
The abuse came to light on March 21, when the mother of one child reviewed classroom surveillance footage and discovered Zhang hitting her child in the face and pushing the child's head into a wall. The child was later diagnosed with a scalp contusion at a local hospital.
法院认为，被告人张某身为对幼儿具有看护职责的幼儿园老师，违背职业道德和看护职责要求，多次对多名幼儿实施上述虐待行为，情节恶劣，其行为已构成虐待被看护人罪，依法应予惩处。
虽然张某能够如实供述主要犯罪事实，当庭表示认罪，并取得部分被害人家长谅解，但综合考虑其虐待行为持续时间长、虐待对象多且弱小、虐待行为造成的后果及社会危害程度，从充分保护未成年人合法权益的角度出发，决定不予从轻判罚。
根据被告人张某的犯罪事实和预防再犯罪的需要，依法应对其适用从业禁止。一审法院遂作出上述判决。涉案儿童孟某某的家属对审判结果表示无异议。
The court said Zhang seriously violated professional ethics and her duty of care, and that the nature of her actions wasegregious. While Zhang confessed in court, pleaded guilty and obtained forgiveness from some parents, judges ruled that leniency was not warranted given the prolonged abuse, the number of victims and their young age.
The family of the injured child said they accepted the court's verdict.

新华社记者从盘锦市纪委监委获悉，当地纪委监委收到孟某某反映的盘山县羊圈子镇鹏程幼儿园相关问题后，立即提级启动核查。
经查，鹏程幼儿园存在多名幼师不具备从业资格、硬件设施不符合办园规定、许可证到期后仍然进行教学、开办地址与实际经营地址不符、不符合普惠性幼儿园认定标准等问题。
目前，盘锦市纪委监委已依规依纪对24名相关责任人员予以党纪政纪处分与组织处理。另从有关方面了解，鹏程幼儿园已被永久关停，该园其他涉事责任人都受到了相应处罚。
In a related investigation, Panjin's discipline inspection authorities found widespread violations at the kindergarten, including unqualified teachers, substandard facilities, expired operating permits and discrepancies between its licensed and actual operating address, reported by Xinhua News Agency.
The kindergarten has since been permanently shut down, and 24 individuals were disciplined or removed from their posts, Xinhua said.
