一、Position Title:China Marine Surveyor/Senior Surveyor (With Classification experience)
Principal Tasks：
Ensure strict adherence to classification society rules, international regulations, and statutory requirements during surveys and inspections.
Performs routine surveys on classed vessels at manufacturers for classification and compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare technically accurate and timely reports of inspections and surveys performed.
Engages in contact with clients to resolve problems within area of expertise.
Maintains survey files in an orderly and up-to-date manner in area of responsibility.
Education and Professional Qualifications：
Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
Previous professional experience in Classification Societies and/or Chief Engineer Working Experience would be a strong plus.
At least 3-5 years’ significant professional experience in class societies or related businesses is requested.
English skill is necessary.
Position Title:China Marine Business Development Manager
Principal Tasks：
Develop and manage the sales pipeline for marine classification, inspection, and advisory services.
Lead contract negotiations, tender submissions, and quotation processes.
Ientify and pursue new business opportunities through client visits and market analysis.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to adapt business strategies.
Collaborate internally to promote cross-selling and integrated service delivery.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and foster long-term client partnerships.
Education and Professional Qualifications：
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the maritime, shipping, or offshore industries.
Solid understanding of classification rules, marine regulations, and industry practices.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing contracts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills in English and Chinese.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently.
