春运马上要开始了！一个好消息，乘高铁出行可以不用自己扛着大包小包了。

中铁快运自1月15日起扩大“轻装行”服务试点范围，新增哈尔滨、长春、天津、石家庄、西安、南昌、南宁、乌鲁木齐、拉萨等城市的92个车站，总数达到111个，基本覆盖全国省会城市、直辖市、计划单列市，减轻旅客携带大件行李负担，让乘坐火车出行更轻松。

A new railway service is set to make high-speed rail journeys across China significantly more convenient by eliminating the hassle of carrying heavy luggage. Starting Jan 15, China Railway Express has substantially expanded the pilot program of its "Travel Light" service.

The service is now available at 92 additional stations in cities including Harbin, Changchun, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Xi'an, Nanchang, Nanning, Urumqi, and Lhasa, bringing the total number of participating stations to 111.

什么是“轻装行”服务？

“轻装行”是铁路部门为旅客出行提供的“门到站”“站到门”同城行李搬运服务。在同城距离车站35公里内，旅客根据实际需要可选择以下两种“轻装行”服务：

The "Travel Light" service offers door-to-station or station-to-door luggage handling within a 35-kilometer radius of participating railway stations.

出发旅客“门到站”行李搬运服务。办理从出发地到车站的业务，可在开车前48小时至4小时预约，由工作人员到旅客指定位置上门收取符合托运规定的行李并搬运至出发车站，通过安检后，按照预约要求，在开车前30分钟将行李存入服务柜或在开车前10分钟送至站台。
到达旅客“站到门”行李搬运服务。办理由车站到目的地的业务，可在列车到站前24小时至1小时进行预约，工作人员在取件后5小时内送达指定位置。

Departing passengers can schedule a pickup from their location 48 hours to 4 hours before their train departs, with staff delivering the luggage either to a station locker before departure or directly to the platform. Arriving passengers may arrange for their luggage to be collected from the platform or a station locker and delivered to their destination within five hours of arrival.

“轻装行”服务如何预约？

第一步：打开铁路12306App或者微信小程序，在首页中部应用处往左滑，找到“全部应用”，点击进入后找到【轻装行】模块。

第二步：点击【轻装行】，页面会弹出“轻装行”办理流程介绍，仔细看完后，点击【预约下单】。

第三步：选择车票，填写寄件人信息，取件地址，行李数量、重量这些详细信息，接着根据需求，选择运送达方式。

最后，别忘了给行李拍几张清晰的照片上传，方便工作人员核对，确认无误后点击提交，这样就成功预约啦！预约成功后会收到订单信息和取件码、寄件码，一定要保存好。

“轻装行”服务如何收费？

“轻装行” 服务试点按件计费，价格为：

“出发地至车站”和“车站至目的地”68元/件；
“出发地至所乘列车站台”和“所乘列车站台至目的地”98元/件。

试点成熟后，将根据市场需求、运营成本等因素动态调整。对于商务座旅客，在北京西、北京南、广州南、上海、上海虹桥、杭州东6个车站可搬运行李到车站商务座候车厅，服务价格为98元/件。

During the pilot phase, the service charges a flat rate per item. Door-to-station or station-to-door delivery costs 68 yuan per piece, while door-to-platform or platform-to-door service is priced at 98 yuan.

Business-class passengers at six major stations, including Beijing South, Shanghai Hongqiao, and Guangzhou South, can also opt for lounge delivery for 98 yuan per item. Fees may be adjusted after the trial period based on operational factors and demand.

哪些行李可以选择“轻装行”服务？

“轻装行”服务的行李重量和尺寸需符合《国铁集团铁路旅客运输规程》规定，即每名儿童旅客可携带10公斤，每名外交人员可携带35公斤，其他旅客每人可携带20公斤，普速列车单件行李长宽高之和不超过160厘米，动车组列车单件行李长宽高之和不超过130厘米。同时还应符合国家铁路局、公安部公布的《铁路旅客禁止、限制携带和托运物品目录》相关要求。

All items must comply with national railway regulations regarding weight, dimensions, and prohibited items. Generally, for most passengers, luggage must not exceed 20 kilograms. Size limits are 160 cm (length + width + height) for conventional trains and 130 cm for high-speed bullet trains.
