后天就是农历腊月初八了，又一年的腊八节到了，老话说：“小孩小孩你别馋，过了腊八就是年！”腊八的到来也意味着我们要开始为迎接新年做准备了！

在过去，腊月初八，人们会举行祭祀祖先和神灵的活动，祈求来年五谷丰登、六畜兴旺。同时在这一天，很多寺庙也会施粥，表达感恩之情，也寄托了人们对来年吉利的美好愿望。

吃3样

一、腊八粥

主要食材：白糯米、血糯米、薏仁米、红米、糙米、麦仁、红豆、绿豆、莲子、红枣、花生、葡萄干。

【具体做法】

1、准备谷类、豆类和果干，可以根据家里有的去搭配，我总共用了12种食材。

2、将白糯米、血糯米、薏仁米、红米、糙米、麦仁、红豆、绿豆、莲子清洗干净，用清水浸泡两个小时以上。可以头天晚上准备好，泡好，第二天早上直接煮。

3、将所有食材倒入砂锅，加入清水。大火煮开，用勺子搅动一下锅底，继续大火煮5分钟，将所有食材的香味激出来。

4、再盖上盖子，转最小火焖上1个小时。中途记得看一下水量，别糊底了。

5、煮至所有食材软烂黏稠，加入一块冰糖或者一块红糖，继续煮至融化。

二、腊八蒜

主要食材：大蒜、米醋、冰糖

【具体做法】

1、准备一些大蒜，去掉大蒜皮，从准备大蒜开始就不要再接触生水了。

2、用到切去大蒜的根部，露出里面的蒜芯，顺便挑拣掉表皮受伤或者坏掉的大蒜。
