On January 23rd, Professor Deng Lu, a distinguished expert in intelligent construction and a faculty member of the College of Civil Engineering at Hunan University, paid an inspection visit to the Shuangfeng Production Base of Rongyijian High-Strength Alloy Steel Formwork under Zhongnan Shenjian. The visit focused on in-depth discussions regarding the R&D of laser welding visualization robots tailored to the factory's operational needs, injecting fresh impetus into the intelligent upgrading of the construction formwork industry.

As a seasoned expert in the field of intelligent construction robots, Professor Deng put forward a customized R&D concept for laser welding visualization robots, drawing on his team's R&D achievements in machine vision and intelligent welding technologies. He pointed out that it is imperative to integrate adaptive weld seam tracking and real-time visual monitoring technologies to targetedly address the challenges of welding precision and efficiency in high-strength alloy steel formwork, thereby facilitating the enterprise's transformation towards greenization, standardization and large-scale production.
