According to data from the World Health Organization, the prevalence of anxiety and depression worldwide has increased by more than 25%, with urban residents showing particularly significant rates. Against this backdrop, tourism is no longer merely a form of leisure and entertainment;is also endowed with the expectation of psychological healing. Consumers are willing to pay a premium for tourism products that offer emotional value and relieve stress, creating a market foundation for healing travels.

Re-discovery of urban space under the philosophy of slow living: The concept of "slow city" has spread globally, and people are beginning to re-examine the urban spaces they are accustomed to.
