(ICELFS 2026)

继中国(北京)、澳大利亚(阿德莱德)、美国(巴尔的摩)和德国(弗莱堡)之后,证据理论科学国际研讨会将来到葡萄牙(科英布拉)。会议筹委会在此谨代表主办方、承办方和资助方,诚挚邀请您出席2026年7月13-15 日在葡萄牙科英布拉大学举行的第八届证据理论与科学国际研讨会。

会议主题:反思人工智能时代的证据法学与法庭科学

(Rethinking Evidence Law and Forensic Science in the Age of Artificial Intelligence )

会议将延续证据理论与科学国际研讨会的一贯传统一一在证据法学和法庭科学之间进行充分交流。我们诚挚地邀请您提交以证据科学研究领域为主题的论文,包括但不限于以下议题:

1.司法证明的理论、模型与方法(Theories, Models and Methodologies of Judicial Proof)

2.证据分析与证据推理(Analysis of Evidence and Evidentiary Reasoning)

投稿论文一律用英文撰写,注释格式参见附件。投稿邮件标题为:征文+作者姓名+论文题目(例:征文张三人工智能与证据规则)

所有投稿论文将通过专家匿名评审的方式确定正式参会者。参会者的正式邀请函将于2026年4月底发出。中国政法大学证据科学教育部重点实验室、“2011计划”司法文明协同创新中心和“111计划” 证据科学创新引智基地,将从中方学者投稿论文中遴选30篇优秀论文给予会议注册和国际旅费方面的资助。(合作论文仅资助其中一位作者参会)

The accelerating integration of artificial intelligence into investigative, forensic, and judicial practices presents both unprecedented opportunities and profound challenges. As societies navigate the complexity of data-driven decision-making, algorithmic evidence, and technologically mediated fact-finding, the foundations of the judicial system face new pressures and demand renewed scholarly reflection.

We invite contributions that explore how digitalisation, algorithmic methods, and scientific innovation are reshaping evidentiary systems. Submissions should address precise challenges at the intersection of evidence law, forensic science, and AI-driven investigation, with emphasis on methodological, epistemic, and normative implications.

We warmly welcome submissions addressing the broad landscape of judicial proof and evidence science, including but not limited to the following areas:

International Association of Evidence Science

The International Association of Evidence Science (IAES) is dedicated to promoting international exchanges and cooperation in evidence science, facilitating the integration of evidence law and forensic science research, fostering the diverse development of legal reforms and the principles of global rule of law. The mission of the IAES is to promote cooperation among scholars of evidence law, lawyers, and forensic scientists, exchange information on data, publications, and documents, and facilitate the international development of evidence science research; to promote interdisciplinary and international exchanges.

Institute of Evidence Law and Forensic Science, China University of Political Science and Law / Key Laboratory of Evidence Science, Ministry of Education of the P. R. C.

The Institute of Evidence Law and Forensic Science (IELFS) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) was founded on May 20th, 2006. In 2010, Fada Institute of Forensic Medicine & Sciencewas selected as one of the ten national judicial appraisal institutions in China. IELFS is one of the key components of the “2011 Plan” of Collaborative Innovation Center of Judicial Civilization (CICJC) of the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and serves as the secretariat of the International Association of Evidence Science (IAES). IELFS also holds the “111 Plan” of Evidence Science Innovation and Talent Base (ESITB) which is jointly implemented by MoE and the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA).

Centre for Judicial and Legal Studies of China and Portuguese-Speaking Countries, Faculty of Law, University of Macau

The Centre for Judicial and Legal Studies of China and Portuguese-Speaking Countries is established in order to foster Macau’s role as a bridge between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. The Centre is jointly operated by the Supreme People’s Court of China and the University of Macau, under the guidance of the Research Office and Bureau of International Cooperation of the Supreme People’s Court in terms of development direction and strategy, with the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau being responsible for its daily operation. The major pursuits of the Centre include the study of legislation, judicial practice and legal culture of China and Portuguese-speaking countries. Further, the Center will serve as a hub for international legal professionals, undertake research on the ascertainment of extraterritorial laws, and build and maintain a database of laws, cases and legal information on China and Portuguese-speaking countries.

The University of Coimbra Institute for Legal Research (UCILeR) is the research unit at the University of Coimbra Faculty of Law. In the last national assessment (2023/24), UCILeRwasgraded an "EXCELENT" research unit, recognizing its quality, diverse and impactful research, combining the broad analysis in the legal and social fields, and devoted to investigating new challenges posed by the interaction between societal changes and contemporary policies. With a research team covering all areas of Law, UCILeR is specifically dedicated to developing interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research, organised in research groups, such as Vulnerabilities, Democracy, Governances, Technical Societies, and Ecological Transitions.
