联合国安理会第473次会议决议（第82号，1950年6月25日）

安全理事会，
回顾大会1949年10月21日第293(IV)号决议，其中认定大韩民国政府是在朝鲜半岛合法成立的政府；
铭记大会1948年12月12日第195(III)号和1949年10月21日第293(IV)号决议所表示的关切，即除非会员国不采取有损联合国为实现朝鲜完全独立与统一所谋求的结果的行动，否则可能产生严重后果；并铭记联合国朝鲜委员会报告所述局势危及大韩民国和朝鲜人民的安全与福祉，可能导致该地区公开军事冲突；
断定北朝鲜部队对大韩民国的武装进攻构成对和平之破坏；
一、要求立即停止敌对行动；
要求北朝鲜当局立即将其武装部队撤至北纬三八线。
二、请联合国朝鲜委员会：
（a）尽快就局势提出全面建议；
（b）观察北朝鲜部队撤至北纬三八线；
（c）向联合国安理会议报告本决议执行情况。
三、呼吁所有联合国会员国：
全力协助联合国执行本决议；
不得向北朝鲜当局提供任何援助。
通过情况：第473次会议，9票赞成、0票反对、1票弃权（南斯拉夫）；苏联代表缺席。

英文原文（UNSC Resolution 82, 25 June 1950）
The Security Council,
Recalling the finding of the General Assembly in its resolution 293 (IV) of 21 October 1949 that the Government of the Republic of Korea is a lawfully established government in Korea;
Mindful of the concern expressed by the General Assembly in its resolutions 195 (III) of 12 December 1948 and 293 (IV) of 21 October 1949 about the consequences which might follow unless Member States refrained from acts derogatory to the results sought to be achieved by the United Nations in bringing about the complete independence and unity of Korea; and the concern expressed that the situation described by the United Nations Commission on Korea in its report menaces the safety and well-being of the Republic of Korea and of the people of Korea and might lead to open military conflict there,
Having determined that the armed attack upon the Republic of Korea by forces from North Korea constitutes a breach of the peace,
1. Calls for an immediate cessation of hostilities;
Calls upon the authorities in North Korea to withdraw forthwith their armed forces to the 38th parallel.
2. Requests the United Nations Commission on Korea:
(a) To communicate its fully considered recommendations on the situation with the least possible delay;
(b) To observe the withdrawal of North Korean forces to the 38th parallel;
(c) To keep the Security Council informed on the execution of this resolution.
3. Calls upon all Member States to render every assistance to the United Nations in the execution of this resolution and to refrain from giving assistance to the North Korean authorities.
Adopted at the 473rd meeting by 9 votes to none, with 1 abstention (Yugoslavia).
(The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics was absent.)
