Spring breezes bring news, and flowers bloom in due time. As new green sprouts appear on the branches and all things revive, we welcome the hopeful and vibrant Spring Semester of 2026 with great anticipation. All staff members of Xiaoshan Hailiang HEEP Kindergarten gathered together, officially kicking off the new semester launch meeting in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.

擘画蓝图笃行致远

会议伊始，焦晓清园长回顾了2025年我园在教育教学、行政后勤、招生宣传及家园共育等方面取得的成果。每一项成绩的背后，都凝聚着全体教职工并肩作战的坚守与付出。展望2026，焦园长立足实际，提出了新的发展愿景与工作目标。

焦园长提出，新的一年，全体教职工要以更专业的素养、更务实的作风、更饱满的热情，深耕教育沃土，全力打造“有温度、有专业、有特色”的高品质幼儿园。同时，她对新学期重点工作进行细致部署，明确任务分工与时间节点，为新学期各项工作有序推进指明方向，凝聚起全园上下同心奋进、砥砺前行的强大合力。

At the beginning of the meeting, Principal Jiao Xiaoqing comprehensively reviewed the achievements made by our kindergarten in 2025 in education and teaching, administrative logistics, enrollment and promotion, as well as kindergarten-family cooperation. Every achievement is attributed to the dedication and efforts of all faculty and staff working together.Looking ahead to 2026, Principal Jiao put forward new development visions and work objectives based on reality.

She emphasized that in the new year, all faculty and staff should strive for improvement with more professional competence, more pragmatic work style and fuller enthusiasm, deeply cultivate the field of education, and strive to build a high-quality kindergarten that is "warm, professional and distinctive".Meanwhile, she made detailed arrangements for the key work of the new semester, clarified the task division and time schedule, pointed out the direction for the orderly progress of all work in the new semester, and gathered the strong force for the whole kindergarten to unite and forge ahead.

随后，教学副园长杨凯越聚焦教育教学，开展开学季工作专项部署。结合春季学期幼儿身心发展特点与园所整体教学规划，她从课程实施、教研活动、专业培训等多个维度，进行了细致的安排，助力教师精准把握教学重点，提升教学质量。

行政主任张琼围绕行政后勤保障工作发言，她表示后勤工作是园所发展的坚实后盾，开学季将全力做好各项筹备工作，细致落实到每一个细节，为孩子们营造舒适、安全、安心的成长环境，让家长放心托付、孩子快乐成长。

Later, Vice Principal Yang Kaiyue, in charge of teaching, focused on education and teaching and carried out special arrangements for the new semester. Combining the physical and mental development characteristics of young children in the spring semester and the kindergarten's overall teaching plan, she made detailed arrangements from curriculum implementation, teaching research activities, professional training and other aspects, helping teachers accurately grasp teaching priorities and improve teaching quality.

Director Zhang Qiong spoke on administrative and logistical support. She stated that logistics work is a solid backing for the development of the kindergarten. The team will make full preparations for the new semester and implement every detail carefully, so as to create a comfortable, safe and secure growth environment for the children, gain the trust of parents and help children grow up happily.

专项培训筑牢防线

安全与健康是幼儿园工作的生命线。春季是传染病高发季节，做好防控工作至关重要。保健医华俏菲为全体教职工带来《春季常见传染病预防》专题培训。她详细讲解了流感、诺如病毒、手足口病等春季常见传染病的传播途径、临床症状及科学预防措施，进一步强化了全体教职工的防控意识，为幼儿的健康成长保驾护航。

Safety and health are the lifelines of kindergarten operations. As spring is a peak season for infectious diseases, effective prevention and control are paramount. Health Doctor Hua Qiaofei delivered a specialized training session titled "Prevention of Common Spring Infectious Diseases" for all staff members. She provided a detailed explanation of the transmission routes, clinical symptoms, and scientific preventive measures for common spring illnesses such as influenza, norovirus, and hand, foot, and mouth disease, thereby further strengthening the prevention awareness of all employees and safeguarding the healthy growth of our children.

胡其浩老师开展了消防安全专项培训。他强调 “安全第一，预防为主” 的核心原则，细致讲解了消防安全知识、灭火器的操作要领及应急疏散流程，切实将安全理念根植于每一位教职工心中，进一步提升了大家的应急处置与自救互救能力，为全园师幼筑牢坚实的消防安全防线。

Teacher Hu Qihao conducted a specialized fire safety training session. Emphasizing the core principle of "Safety First, Prevention Foremost," he meticulously explained essential fire safety knowledge, the operational techniques for using fire extinguishers, and emergency evacuation procedures. This training effectively instilled safety concepts in the hearts of every staff member, further enhancing everyone's capabilities in emergency response and self-rescue mutual aid, thereby building a solid fire safety defense line for all teachers and children in the kindergarten.

精心环创静待归来

大会结束后，各班教师迅速投入到新学期环境创设工作中。走进教室，随处可见老师们忙碌的身影：有的在精心设计主题墙，有的在细心布置区域角，有的在手工制作环创材料......每一面主题墙的布置，每一个区域的划分，都凝聚着老师们的智慧与爱心。

环境是第三位老师，一个充满美感、教育意义和归属感的空间，是送给孩子们最好的开学礼物。大家期盼着，当孩子们推开教室门的那一刻，眼中能闪烁出惊喜的光芒。

After the meeting, teachers from each class quickly devoted themselves to the new semester's environment creation work. Walking into the classrooms, busy figures of teachers were everywhere: some were meticulously designing theme walls, some were carefully arranging corner areas, and others were hand-crafting environmental materials... Every wall arrangement and every zone division embodies the wisdom and love of the teachers.

The environment is the "third teacher." A space filled with aesthetic appeal, educational significance, and a sense of belonging is the best back-to-school gift for the children. We look forward to the moment when children push open the classroom doors, hoping their eyes will sparkle with surprise.

全面消杀洁净迎新

与此同时，保育与后勤团队组成的“清洁护卫队”，也穿梭在幼儿园的各个角落，开展一场全覆盖、无死角的卫生大扫除。

保育老师手持专业设备，对班级地面、桌椅、玩具柜、卫生间等区域进行全方位消毒，将所有玩具分类浸泡、细致清洗，随后置于阳光下进行“日光浴”；保洁阿姨对走廊、活动室、楼梯间等公共区域进行全面清扫，不放过任何一个卫生死角；后厨人员对餐具、厨具进行高温蒸煮消毒，对烹饪区、储物区进行彻底清理，严格守护“舌尖上的安全”。

Meanwhile, the "Cleaning Guard Team," composed of the childcare and logistics teams, had already shuttled through every corner of the kindergarten, launching a comprehensive, no-dead-angle hygiene cleanup and disinfection campaign.

Childcare teachers used professional equipment to conduct all-around disinfection of classroom floors, desks and chairs, toy cabinets, restrooms, and other areas. All toys were categorized, soaked, and carefully cleaned, then placed under the sun for a "sun bath." Cleaning aunties carried out comprehensive sweeping of public areas such as corridors, activity rooms, and stairwells, missing no hygiene dead angles. Kitchen staff performed high-temperature steam sterilization on tableware and cooking utensils and thoroughly cleaned cooking and storage areas, strictly guarding the "safety on the tip of the tongue" .
