在快节奏的养生风潮下,很多老年人盲目追求昂贵的保养品、复杂的养生功法、小众的理疗手段,斥巨资尝试各种养生方法,却忽略了最朴素、最经典、也最有效的保养方式——规律起居。
老年人体质偏弱,脏腑功能、自我调节能力相较于青壮年大幅下降,身体就像一台精密的仪器,经不起作息紊乱的折腾,一旦熬夜、赖床、三餐不定、劳逸失衡,身体就会发出强烈抗议,疲劳乏力、失眠多梦、消化不良、精神萎靡等问题接踵而至,长期下去还会损伤脏腑机能,诱发各类慢性疾病。守住起居有常的底线,顺应身体节律安排日常作息,才能筑牢老年养生的根基,让身体始终处于舒适、平稳、有活力的状态,为健康晚年打下坚实基础。
睡眠是起居养生的重中之重,是身体修复机能、补充精力的核心环节,老年人不必刻意追求和年轻人一样的睡眠时长,但一定要保证睡眠质量、遵循固定的作息规律,养成“定时睡、准时起”的好习惯。建议老年人每晚21点半至22点之间准备入睡,清晨6点半至7点左右起床,既不熬夜透支气血、损伤肝肾,也不赖床耗伤阳气、影响气血运行。睡前要做好放松准备,营造舒适的睡眠环境,远离手机、电视等电子产品的强光刺激,别胡思乱想、纠结烦心事,可以用40℃左右的温水泡脚15-20分钟,配合按摩足底穴位,或是听听舒缓的轻音乐、诵读几句静心文字,让身心彻底放松下来,有效提高深度睡眠时长,改善失眠、多梦、易醒等问题。
中午小憩也是起居养生的关键,老年人精力有限,上午活动后容易疲劳,午休20-30分钟为宜,既能快速缓解身体疲劳,为下午的活动蓄力,也能保护心脑血管、调节情绪;切忌午睡过久,超过1小时不仅会让人昏昏沉沉,还会打乱夜间睡眠节奏,形成恶性循环。
日常活动也要顺应身体节律,做到动静相宜、劳逸结合,切忌两个极端。一方面,老年人切忌过度劳累,无论是做家务、带孙辈、外出游玩,还是参与社区活动,都要量力而行,把握好力度和时长,累了就及时坐下或躺下休息,避免强撑着透支身体,过度劳累会耗伤气血、损伤筋骨,加重身体负担;另一方面,也不能久卧久坐、长期不动,很多老人退休后整日躺着看电视、坐着打牌,长期缺乏活动会导致气血不畅、肌肉萎缩、血液循环变慢,不仅会让人浑身乏力、精神不振,还会增加血栓、便秘、关节僵硬的风险,加速身体衰老。
老年人要养成“适度动、随时歇”的习惯,晨起后伸伸懒腰、活动颈肩腰腿,唤醒身体机能;饭后慢走10-15分钟,促进肠胃蠕动、避免积食;闲暇时做做家务、浇花除草,在日常琐事中活动身体,做到动静结合、劳逸适度,让气血顺畅流通,维持身体活力。
