Nestled in a serene neighborhood of Dionysos, an old residence has been reborn with a contemporary flair, seamlessly blending functionality with harmony. The redesign prioritizes the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding environment, guided by a collaborative effort between the homeowner and the architectural team.

Externally, the residence is defined by its crisp lines and earthy tones. Small balconies have been replaced by expansive terraces offering views of the pool and the surrounding natural landscape. A thoughtful combination of natural materials, such as wood and stone, paired with subtle contrasts in window frames and roofing tiles, creates a façade that integrates effortlessly into its setting.
