人生，一场远行，始于稚嫩哭啼，终于静谧黄昏。少年不解春秋事，中年埋头柴米间。直到两鬓霜华，方知万千热闹，不过过眼云烟。
曾几何时，也羡慕儿孙围膝，欢声笑语在温暖里流转。可到头来，热闹终归散场，房间宽敞，脚步渐稀。那些曾视若珍宝的热闹，如今看去，只是人世的插曲。
晚霞易逝，月色如歌。人老了才懂，依赖儿孙，不过是一厢情愿。谁都有自己的路要走，谁都背着风雨前行。到了黄昏，靠他们就像依水筑屋，看似安稳，实则虚浮。
年岁渐长，心也柔软。总算明了，真正能相伴人生末章的，不在于他人的陪伴，而在于身边这四样。它们，像简静的灯火，默默映亮剩下的路途。
第一，是身体。健康，是岁月赠予最珍贵的礼物。年轻不觉，在疾病面前才知软弱；有个硬朗身体，日日三餐尚能自理，闲时还能走出门外，晒晒太阳，种几盆兰花，就是人间清福。
第二，是财力。钱，不必多，但够用。衣食无忧时，心底便笃定，有柴有米，寒夜不怕；无需看谁脸色，无惧风雨侵袭。守着自己的小金库，是对生活的最真诚回应。
第三，是朋友。亲情虽厚，有时却显无奈。老友三五，相知多年，是时间筛出的珍珠。能在午后共饮，茶凉但话不尽；有事有人牵挂，无事有人念叨，这淡淡情谊，如老酒愈陈愈香。
第四，是心态。经历了世事炎凉，见惯了悲欢离合，也就慢慢学会放下。心宽一点，看云卷云舒，不再和日子较劲，随遇而安；对世界温柔些，对自己也慈悲些，哪怕夜色深沉，心中也有微光闪亮。
所以，儿孙满堂，实为镜花水月。属于你的幸福，终究要自己点燃。别等雪落头顶才懊悔，趁年华尚在，把身体养好，把钱袋看紧，把友谊珍藏，把心情打磨。
风起的时候，能自斟一盏茶；雨落的时候，有旧友能慰语。身安心宽，哪怕独坐窗前，也觉万物皆亲。一花一世界，一叶亦成诗。
人生不过百年，浮生如寄。真正的自在晚年，不在于聚散的人群，不在于外物的纷扰，而在于这四样——身体、财富、朋友、心态。缺一不可。
