2026年3月6日彭博报道，据知情人士透露，TA Associates（美国私募股权公司）正考虑出售珍珠奶茶品牌贡茶（Gong cha）。
上述知情人士表示，TA Associates正与摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase & Co.）合作推进这笔潜在交易。由于信息尚未公开，知情人士要求匿名。据称，该交易对贡茶的估值可能约为20亿美元（约折合人民币137亿元）。
知情人士称，目前商议仍处于早期阶段，尚未做出最终决定。
TA Associates未回应置评请求。摩根大通亦拒绝置评。
根据TA Associates官网信息，该公司专注于五大目标行业—科技、金融服务、医疗保健、消费品及商业服务。2019年，TA Associates从Unison Capital手中全资收购贡茶股权，据报道交易金额约为3500亿韩元，此后TA Associates成为贡茶的唯一股东，并推动贡茶进一步优化全球布局。
贡茶官网显示，该品牌创立于台湾，目前在23个国家拥有超过2000家门店，提供各类茶饮和沙冰。

TA Associates is considering selling bubble-tea maker Gong cha, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
TA is working with JPMorgan Chase & Co. on the potential deal, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private. A transaction might value Gong cha at about $2 billion, the people said.
Deliberations are at an early stage and no final decision has been made, the people said.
TA didn’t respond to requests for comment. JPM declined to comment.
TA specializes in five target industries — technology, financial services, health care, consumer and business services, according to its website. The private equity firm invested in Gong cha in 2019. Gong cha was founded in Taiwan and now has more than 2,000 outlets in 23 countries, offering various types of teas and smoothies, its website shows.
