AI“闯祸”屡见不鲜：自动驾驶撞人、AI编造虚假信息、人脸识别误判导致冤案，这些技术狂奔带来的难题，程序员写不出答案。
能回答的，是另一群人，他们读着看起来很枯燥的专业，研究着几百年前的法条，辩论着伦理学史上那些悬而未决的难题。此刻，他们成了AI时代最紧缺的人才。
PART 01
AI 时代，文科掌舵
硅谷的“抢人战”，已经与程序员无关：DeepMind曾在官网上挂出一个岗位：AI伦理研究员。
要求：哲学、法学、社会学博士优先，不需要写代码。
年薪：12万英镑起，约合人民币110万。
这不是个例。
微软设立了“负责任人工智能”部门，负责人是卡内基梅隆的伦理学博士。谷歌成立了AI伦理委员会，成员包括牛津大学法学校友。欧盟《人工智能法案》起草团队里，三分之一有国际法背景。
2024年：欧盟《人工智能法案》正式生效，全球数十个国家在跟进AI立法。联合国的AI治理机构开始运作。每一家出海的中国科技公司，都需要有人帮他们理解当地的监管规则。
