介质管道上通常选用对焊锻造管件、带颈对焊突面法兰，仪表风、氮气管道上优先选用对焊锻造管件、带颈对焊突面法兰。对焊锻造管件和对焊法兰，由于需要和钢管对焊，因此需要指定端口型式和壁厚，需保证与对接的钢管一致。

插焊和螺纹锻造管件没有壁厚参数，插焊管件有压力等级参数，法兰有压力等级参数。

插焊锻造管件公称压力等级分CL3000、CL6000和CL9000。

螺纹锻造管件公称压力等级分CL2000、CL3000和CL6000。

法兰公称压力等级分CL150、CL300、CL400、CL600、CL900、CL1500、CL2500。

钢管、管件和法兰采购时需要明确规格参数，涉及到标准号、公称直径、公称压力等级、外径、壁厚和材质等参数。
