近日，网红凌达乐（曾用网络名“鹿哈”）带货的毛肚产品被曝存在卫生安全问题，引发大量关注。
A Chinese livestreamer and influencer, Ling Dale, known online as "Lu Ha", has come under scrutiny after a media investigation exposed alleged unsanitary conditions at a factory producing a tripe product he promoted.
据中国食品报报道，凌达乐带货的膳小丫贡菜千层肚加工环境恶劣，工厂内清洁区、一般作业区、人流、物流多个生产区域交叉污染，工作人员在蒸煮毛肚时肆意抽烟，牛肚被放置在破损的环氧树脂地面冷却并铲走，并且泡发步骤还涉嫌违规使用双氧水。
The facility processing Shanshaoya Gongcai Thousand-Layer Tripe was found to have hygiene problems, including cross-contamination between production areas. Workers were also seen smoking during processing, and the soaking process was suspected of illegally using hydrogen peroxide.
据了解，涉事加工企业是位于南充的四川川牛福食品有限公司。
The company involved, Sichuan Chuanniufu Food Co Ltd, is based in Nanchong, Southwest China's Sichuan province.

3月14日17时许，我局关注到中国食品报融媒体关于“网红毛肚生产乱象”视频，反映位于南充市嘉陵区的四川川牛福食品有限公司生产车间环境卫生等问题，我局高度重视，于当日18时组织执法人员赴该公司开展现场检查。
现已对该企业进行立案调查，责令其立即暂停生产，进行停业整顿，对其相关原料及成品进行先行登记保存，并于当日抽样送检。相关情况正在进一步调查处理之中，后续将根据调查核实情况进行依法处理，并及时向社会公布相关情况。
Local authorities said they launched an investigation soon after the report surfaced and conducted an on-site inspection on Saturday evening. The company was ordered to suspend production, while related raw materials and finished products were seized for testing as the probe continues.
3月16日，凌达乐社交平台橱窗显示，已经没有“膳小丫毛肚贡菜”相关产品信息。有消息称，凌达乐已销售产品3000万件，或面临90亿元的天价赔偿。
据湖南都市频道风芒新闻16日报道，凌达乐公司负责人回应称：涉事产品仅带货1个月，销售约8万单，网传说法太夸张。
By Monday, the tripe product had been removed from the influencer's Douyin showcase. Online rumors claimed more than 30 million units had been sold, with potential compensation reaching 9 billion yuan. However, a company representative said the product had been promoted for only about a month and generated around 80,000 orders, calling the figures exaggerated.
北京市京师（武汉）律师事务所合伙人王钊律师指出，消费者购买了不符合食品安全标准的膳小丫毛肚，有权依法向生产者（四川川牛福食品有限公司）、销售者（膳小丫品牌方）、带货主播（若有过错）、电商平台（若有过错）中任意一方或多方索赔。
赔偿可分两部分。一是实际损失赔偿：返还消费者购买毛肚的全部价款；若因食用问题毛肚造成人身损害（如腹痛、腹泻等），还需赔偿医疗费、误工费等实际损失。二是惩罚性赔偿：消费者可要求支付价款10倍或损失3倍的惩罚性赔偿金；若购买价款较低，增加赔偿的金额不足1000元的，直接按1000元主张。
Legal experts said consumers who purchased products that fail to meet food safety standards may seek compensation from multiple parties, including the manufacturer, the brand owner, the livestreaming host if found at fault, and the e-commerce platform if it bears responsibility.
Claims may cover refunds, medical expenses and other losses, as well as punitive damages of up to 10 times the purchase price or three times the loss, with a minimum of 1,000 yuan.
据了解，凌达乐，曾用网络名“鹿哈”，因撞脸演员鹿晗的短视频在网络走红，2023年转型为带货主播。目前，其在抖音的粉丝量为784.6万。
Ling rose to fame for resembling Chinese actor and singer Lu Han in short videos. He later shifted to livestream e-commerce and now has about 7.8 million followers on Douyin.
