近日,有博主在短视频平台中发布两则内容为“帮粉丝处理吃饭纠纷”的视频,引发关注。视频中,一名庞姓男子自称与合肥某4S店存在纠纷,其车辆被4S店“拉黑”不准进入,其本人与店内销售人员产生肢体冲突。

A dispute between a car owner and a 4S dealership (a full-service auto sales and maintenance center) in Hefei, Anhui province, has drawn widespread attention online after a blogger posted videos about the case.

庞先生在视频中自称,其2024年9月在该4S店购车,客服人员称可以免费洗车、充电、吃饭。2026年3月,庞先生因充电问题与店员发生言语及肢体冲突,双方报警处理。庞先生还自称,有店员在电话中对其家人进行威胁。最终庞先生的车辆被4S店“拉黑”,无法享受任何服务。

In the clips, a man surnamed Pang said he had been banned from the dealership where he bought a car in September 2024. He claimed the dealership had promised free car washes, charging and meals, but the situation escalated in March 2026 when a dispute over charging access led to a physical altercation and police involvement.

Pang also alleged that a staff member had threatened his family. He said his vehicle has since been "blacklisted", preventing further services.

视频中,该4S店销售经理称,此前曾安排客服经理与庞先生专人对接,庞先生在店内(接受)服务的频次、内容已经远超正常的服务范围。在此基础上,双方依然有数次矛盾升级,庞先生仅在其店内报警就不下于6次。

此外,该4S店销售经理还表示,去年庞先生到店用餐超260次,并携带饭盒打包带走,甚至还把自己家里的电动车放在后备箱,带到店内员工充电区来充电。

The dealership's sales manager offered a different account, saying Pang's requests had exceeded normal service expectations despite being handled by a dedicated staff member. Pang reportedly called police to the dealership at least six times.

Over the past year, Pang allegedly dined at the dealership more than 260 times, sometimes bringing containers to take food away, and used its employee charging facilities for an electric scooter he transported in his car.

今年3月份,双方矛盾再次升级,原因系庞先生将车辆停到店内新车交付区域充电,员工让庞先生将车挪走,双方发生冲突。对此庞先生称,他确实用了充电(给自家电动车),但“没人告诉我不能充”,之所以多次来店里充电、吃饭,是因为“工作的地方离这很近”。

Tensions escalated again in March when Pang parked in an area reserved for new car deliveries to charge his vehicle, leading to another confrontation. Pang said he had not been told he could not charge his scooter and explained his frequent visits by noting, "I work nearby."

视频显示,4S店工作人员与庞先生口头上达成约定,称一次性买断庞先生的所有保养券、维修基金,门店与庞先生此后不产生任何交集。但最终该协议仍未能达成。

The two sides reportedly attempted to reach a settlement, with the dealership offering to buy back Pang's vouchers and service funds in exchange for ending their business relationship, but no agreement was reached.

据红星新闻消息,3月18日,记者联系到该家4S店,一名工作人员称事情基本就是视频中的情况。该家4S店一名售后服务人员称,该店确实提供免费用餐洗车、充电等服务。

另据华商报二三里资讯报道,该4S店工作人员介绍,免费用餐、洗车、充电是门店特色服务,没有书面规定,也无次数限制。只要到店维保、咨询、购车的人员,午饭时间均可免费就餐。
