3月19日，吉林长春市公安局发布警情通报：针对“路虎别停奔驰致追尾”一事，我局已将其立为刑事案件，并依法对路虎车主孙某某采取刑事强制措施。
Police in Changchun, Jilin province, have opened a criminal case and taken coercive measures against a Range Rover driver accused of repeatedly brake-checking another vehicle and causing a rear-end collision after months of public controversy.
According to a police statement released Thursday, authorities have placed the case under criminal investigation and imposed compulsory measures on the suspect, surnamed Sun.
据大象新闻此前报道，近日，长春吕先生反映，2025年12月他驾车时被一辆路虎车连续8次别停，最终引发追尾事故，车辆受损严重。
根据吕先生提供的行车记录仪视频，当时道路前方畅通无阻，从12时41分53秒路虎车第一次突然变道超车别车，在不到1分钟的时间内，这辆路虎车先后8次急刹别停吕先生的奔驰。最后一次急刹车，吕先生避让不及，两辆车发生了追尾。
A driver surnamed Lyu said that in December 2025, another vehicle repeatedly cut in front of him and forced his Mercedes-Benz to stop, eventually causing a collision and severe damage. Dashcam footage showed clear road conditions. Within less than a minute, starting at 12:41 am, the other vehicle changed lanes, overtook and brake-checked Lyu's car eight times. On the final attempt, Lyu was unable to avoid a rear-end crash.
对此，“人民锐评”发文称，事件发生于2025年12月10日，从现场认定“涉嫌危险驾驶”到“犯罪事实显著轻微”，从多次移交案件被拒到“没有违法事实”，车主数月的维权遭遇引发网友负面联想。直至舆论监督介入，长春市公安局才“撤销原不予立案决定”，重启调查。一起并不复杂的案件，却在反复摇摆中，消耗着执法公信力，更牵动着公众对社会公平正义的敏感神经，值得深刻反思。
更需当地反躬自省的是，这一过程暴露的推诿扯皮、漠视群众诉求的问题。绝大多数人一辈子不会遇到大案要案，对公平正义的感知，恰恰藏在一次交通事故的公正认定中、一次邻里纠纷的妥善调解中、一次民生诉求的及时回应里。
In a commentary, People's Daily said the case went through multiple reversals — from suspected dangerous driving to a minor offense and then no violation — before the decision not to file a case was overturned under public scrutiny and the investigation reopened.
It added that the handling raised concerns over law enforcement credibility, citing buck-passing and poor responsiveness. It also noted that public trust in justice is often shaped by how everyday disputes are handled.
