70岁，人生的又一个分水岭。很多人以为老伴之间的日子会变得越来越简单，事实上恰恰相反。这个年纪，夫妻关系常会遇到“三大难题”：沟通减少、激情退化、生活琐事摩擦加剧。别急，不用担心，每道坎都是对爱的考验，也是成长的机会。

先说沟通。身体不如从前，兴趣爱好也慢慢不一致，有些时候甚至懒得交流。年轻的时候每天有新鲜话题，现在却总觉得没什么可聊。其实不用刻意追新，只需要分享自己的感受，一句简单的“你今天怎么样”，就能拉近距离。有的人觉得自己说了对方也不听，其实耐心和理解，在这个年纪更加珍贵。愿意静下心来听对方说说，无论内容多么普通，都能让对方感受到关怀。毕竟，陪伴和倾听比华丽的言语更动人。

最后，就是琐事带来的摩擦。退休之后，两个人24小时都在一起，不再像以前有各自忙碌的空间。插队式唠叨、生活习惯的小不同，很容易互看不顺眼。小毛病有时确实让人头疼，却也是磨合的机会。包容和调适显得特别重要。不能光看缺点，不要动不动就“纠结”或“杠上”，多看优点和付出，相互鼓励、彼此体谅。

针对这些难题，其实老人夫妻最需要的，是肯定彼此的存在感。学会夸夸对方，小事也表达感谢。家务分配时可以做些小调整，偶尔搞点仪式感，比如一起做饭、喝杯茶，生活气氛瞬间就不一样了。有空时去公园走走，或者约几个老朋友一起聚聚，给两个人的世界注入新鲜感。

不论什么时候，相互尊重始终是基础。不要总拿年龄说事，更不要拿旧事翻篇，谁都有脆弱的时候。遇到问题别憋在心里，直说出来，笑一笑，小冲突都会过去。

夫妻到了七十岁，可能头发白了，步伐慢了。但只要心还在一起，余生依然可以温柔以对。生活不会完美，但爱可以很真实。把彼此当作最重要的朋友，哪怕是在柴米油盐中，也能慢慢把风霜都变成风景。
