以建筑师的第一视角，深入挖掘不同尺度、功能类型的建筑设计——从艺术馆、科创园区、超高层建筑及标志性胜地等真实案例。通过将系统拆解从图纸变为现实的全过程，深入阐释如何回应地域性特征、塑造公共领域，解决结构难点以及落实可持续设计策略等重点问题。课程内容重点关注方案深化过程中，设计意图与建造现实之间的辩证关系，揭示设计诗意与落地性之间的张力与平衡过程，展现建筑师在现实条件制约下的权衡与坚持，直面建造实践中所必须回应的实际问题。
From an architect’s first-hand perspective, we delve into architectural designs across different scales and functional types — drawing on real-world cases ranging from community art museums, R&D Campus, skyscrapers to iconic destination projects. By systematically deconstructing the entire process from blueprint to built reality, it explores in depth how to respond to regional characteristics, shape the public realm, resolve structural challenges, and implement sustainable design strategies. The course places particular emphasis on the dialectical relationship between design intent and construction reality during the design development phase, revealing the tension and balance between poetic vision and buildability. It uncovers the trade-offs and convictions architects must navigate under real-world constraints, confronting the practical issues that demand resolution in architectural practice.
