黄天鹅官微3月25日消息，凤集食品集团有限公司发布《关于黄天鹅鸡蛋角黄素抽检结果的声明》：事件发生后，企业生产基地所在的监管部门高度关注，迅速对相关产品组织抽检；同时，企业立即开展自检。
目前，三地监管部门抽检及企业自检的检测结果已反馈至企业，均为黄天鹅鸡蛋未检出角黄素。
Yellow Swan, a premium egg brand under Fengji Food Group Co Ltd, announced on Tuesday that recent inspections by both regulators and the company have found no traces of canthaxanthin in its products.
In a statement posted on its official Weibo account, the company said that after a recent incident, regulatory authorities in the three regions where its production bases are located promptly launched investigations and organized product testing. The company also initiated its own independent inspections.
According to Fengji Food Group, the results from both the regulatory authorities and the company's internal tests have now been received, all confirming that canthaxanthin was not detected in Yellow Swan eggs.
此前，知名打假人王海团队发布检测报告称，其在许昌胖东来超市购买的黄天鹅可生食鸡蛋样品中，检出了人工合成色素角黄素，含量为0.399mg/kg。
A dispute has erupted between Chinese anti-counterfeiting campaigner Wang Hai and major supermarket chain Pangdonglai after a test report claimed a brand of eggs contained a synthetic pigment.
Wang said a test report released by his team found 0.399 milligrams per kilogram of canthaxanthin in samples of Yellow Swan edible fresh eggs.
王海团队告诉南都记者：“这与黄天鹅长期对外宣传的‘不含人工合成色素、蛋黄呈自然金黄’承诺不符，黄天鹅方涉嫌虚假宣传。”
3月15日，胖东来官方旗舰店账号发布情况说明：“王海测评”以饲料添加剂的标准《饲料添加剂安全使用规范》用来判定鲜鸡蛋角黄素“超标”，属于混淆饲料标准与食品标准（）。
目前市场监管部门的相关调查以及第三方复检还未出结果，如果最终的调查结果显示鲜鸡蛋存在问题，会第一时间公示结果，并立即启动下架召回程序，依法承担相应法律责任。如果没有问题，胖东来也将坚决依法诉讼维权，追究此次事件中个人、自媒体、平台的法律责任。
