这两天，所谓的国际顶级AI会议NeurIPS因为跟随美国反华政策限制中国800多家科研机构投稿，中国计算机学会、中国自动化学会、中国图象图形学学会等机构联合倡议：中国相关领域科技工作者及相关机构拒为NeurIPS提供各类学术服务、拒向NeurIPS会议投稿。 然后他们就慌了，赶紧道歉，说是工作失误不小心放错链接了。
因为NeurIPS上面的论文50%来自中国大陆境内，剩下的估计还有至少20%左右是海外华人或者留学生等华裔投搞的，所以没有中国人参与，这个NeurIPS，就称不上国际顶级了。现在NeurIPS会议的X下所有人都在骂，不光是中国人和华人，很多西方学界的人也在骂，现在NeurIPS就是过街老鼠。
