湖南 ▪湘潭 杨梅洲大桥

The main bridge of the Xiangtan Yangmeizhou Bridge is a double-pylon cable-stayed bridge arranged in a (70 + 70 + 70 + 658 + 100 + 70 + 70) m configuration, and this bridge has been in operation since 2024. The main girder of the bridge is a hybrid girder composed of a steel box girder and a prestressed concrete box girder. A split twin-box girder with a width of 51.9 m was designed. The concrete box girder was casted on site as several segments along the longitudinal direction, while lifting construction was used in the main span steel box girder with the total cross-section. The concrete pylon with a height of 181 m was cast with automatic hydraulic climbing formwork. The bridge was equipped with 84 pairs of stay cables made of epoxy-coated strands which were tensioned in two stages. Moreover, an optimized track structure for maintenance car walking was installed, and stabilizing plates and isolating vortex plates were installed at the slotting bottom and top plate. The displacement of vortex-induced vibration was controlled excellently with the combined aerodynamic measures. This article introduces some technological innovations for the design and construction of Yangmeizhou Bridge, providing valuable experience and a reference for subsequent bridges.

湘潭杨梅洲大桥 主桥为 ( 3×70+ 658 +100+2×70 ) m 双塔不对称混合梁斜拉桥 , 采用半飘浮体系 。 桥塔 采用 混凝土结构 , 总高 181m , 横桥向为独柱形 ; 顺桥向上塔柱为整体式哑铃型空心断面独柱形式 , 中 、 下塔柱为多边形断面分离双肢形式 , 下设圆形承台和群桩基础 。 主梁 采用 分离式双箱断面钢 - 混混合梁 , 全宽 51.9m , 高 3.8m , 主跨及边跨跨河东大堤段为钢箱梁 , 其余梁段为预应力混凝土箱梁 , 钢 - 混结合段采用 “ 后承压板 + 钢格室 +PBL 剪力键 ” 构造 。 全桥共 对 84 环氧涂层预应力钢绞线 斜拉索 , 长斜拉索设外置电涡流阻尼器 。 索塔锚固采用环向预应力齿块与钢锚梁相结合的方案 , 钢锚梁为四索一体式结构 ; 索梁锚固采用钢锚箱及锚固块 。
