近日，在《人物》的一档采访中，全红婵讲述了体重问题给自己造成的困扰。

Chinese diving champion Quan Hongchan has spoken out about the intense pressure of body image and public scrutiny, revealing struggles with weight control and online criticism.

3月29日，全红婵度过了自己19岁生日。过去这一年，是她进入成年人世界的第一年。

在过去的2025年，最困扰全红婵的是自己的体重。尽管她为了减重每天只吃一顿，饿到不行，但体重仍然高居不下。

In a recent interview, the 19-year-old reflected on the challenges of the past year, her first as an adult. She said managing her physique had become a persistent source of stress, despite extreme dieting, including limiting herself to one meal a day.

与此同时，外界的声音也不曾停止，在很长一段时间内，全红婵不敢穿喜欢的裙子和短裤，把四肢藏在长袖长裤里。她不敢上秤，也害怕面对镜头。连照镜子的时候都会对自己的身材产生抗拒和不满。

在讲述这些经历时，全红婵表示希望网友“不要再骂我了，不要骂我家里人，不要骂我朋友。”

The pressure was compounded by ongoing public commentary. For a prolonged period, she avoided wearing clothes she liked, choosing long sleeves and trousers to cover her body. She said she was reluctant to step on a scale, feared facing cameras, and even felt uncomfortable looking at herself in the mirror.

Quan also appealed to the public to stop directing criticism at her and those close to her, including her family and friends.

全红婵坦言，巴黎奥运会后因体重失控和舆论压力“很想退役”。

She revealed that after the Paris Olympics, the combined strain of physical concerns and external pressure led her to seriously consider retirement.

在这场访谈中，全红婵也表示，她19岁了，正站在人生的十字路口，跳水不再是她世界的全部，她要面对的除了输赢，还有流量带来的无处不在的压力，成人世界没有那么容易。

全红婵想念当初那个开朗快乐的自己，她也希望在好好地休息之后能找到未来的路。

Now at a turning point, she said competitive diving is no longer the entirety of her life. Beyond results in the pool, she faces the broader pressures that come with public attention, acknowledging the complexities of adulthood.

Quan added that she misses her earlier, more carefree self and hopes to take time to rest and reflect before deciding on her future.

公开资料显示，全红婵2007年3月28日出生，7岁开始学习跳水，11岁进入广东省跳水队，13岁入选国家队。

在东京奥运会上，当时年仅14岁的全红婵获得了女子单人10米跳台金牌。巴黎奥运会上，全红婵夺得女子10米跳台和女子双人10米跳台两枚金牌，成为最年轻的奥运三冠王。

2025年9月，全红婵成为暨南大学的大一新生。

Quan rose to prominence after winning Olympic gold at 14 and went on to claim two more titles in Paris, becoming the youngest three-time Olympic diving champion. She enrolled at Jinan University in 2025.
