美国科技巨头Meta的日子最近不好过。
近日，美国新墨西哥州陪审团裁定，Meta因在产品安全问题上误导用户、存在“不公平商业行为”，被判支付3.75亿美元罚款。
洛杉矶一陪审团也认定，Meta需为一名年轻女性的社交媒体成瘾承担责任，判令赔偿420万美元，这是美国陪审团首次判定大型社交媒体公司需为其成瘾性产品负责。
接连落地的两项判决，标志着美国司法体系对科技平台监管迎来重大转折。
此外，投资者对Meta在人工智能数据中心上的激进投入持谨慎态度，该公司今年资本支出计划高达1350亿美元。
Meta的内部管理也引发员工不满：一方面重金挖角外部人员空降担任高管，领导AI业务，另一方面却大幅裁员，并且至今未能推出具备市场竞争力的AI产品。
多重利空消息下，Meta股价两天下跌12%。社交基本盘受到法律冲击，AI产品迟迟不见起色，Meta正陷入旧业务承压、新业务迷茫的尴尬境地。
巴斯夫全面启用在华全新世界级一体化基地
BASF Inaugurates World-Scale Verbund Site in China
巴斯夫近日宣布，其建于广东省湛江市的世界级一体化生产基地正式落成。该基地是巴斯夫在中国这一增长化工市场的重大投资项目，投资总额约为87亿欧元。
BASF recently announced the official inauguration of its newly built, its world-scale Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, has achieved full production. It is a major BASF project in the chemical growth market of China, with an investment of around €8.7 billion.
据介绍，巴斯夫湛江一体化基地生产多元化产品组合，涵盖基础化学品、中间体及特性化学品，服务于交通运输、消费品、电子、家居护理及个人护理等行业。
At the Zhanjiang site, BASF will produce a diversified portfolio that includes basic chemicals, intermediates and specialty chemicals for the transportation, consumer goods, electronics, home care and personal care industries.
巴斯夫集团执行董事会主席凯礼表示，这项投资彰显了巴斯夫在全球最大化工市场长期发展的坚定信心，也将成为巴斯夫“制胜有道”企业战略的重要组成部分。
Markus Kamieth, CEO of BASF said that this investment shows confidence in the world's largest chemical market in the long run and will be an important element of our "Winning Ways" strategy.
据悉，湛江一体化基地生产的大部分产品将直接供应中国市场。2025 年，巴斯夫面向中国客户的销售额约为82亿欧元。
The majority of the products manufactured in Zhanjiang will directly serve customers in China. In 2025, BASF achieved sales of around €8.2 billion with customers in China.

近日，全球大型私营海水淡化企业沙特国际电力和水务公司（Acwa）已与交通银行签署战略合作和融资协议，标志着双方在中国市场合作迈出关键一步。
Acwa, the world's largest private water desalination company, recently announced the signing of a facility agreement with the Bank of Communications (BOCOM), marking a key step forward in their cooperation in China.
该协议由Acwa与交通银行上海市分行签署，将为黑龙江勃利2期250兆瓦风电项目提供融资支持。
The agreement, signed with BOCOM Shanghai, supports the financing of the Heilongjiang Boli 2 250MW Wind Project and reflects continued collaboration between the two organizations in advancing energy infrastructure in the country.
据介绍，该融资协议的签署是Acwa在中国市场发展的重要里程碑，是Acwa在中国境内主导完成的首笔融资落地。
The transaction represents a significant milestone for Acwa in China, marking the company’s first dry financial close, or debt replacement transaction, led by Acwa in the country.
