On March 29, Chinese motorcycle manufacturer ZXMOTO made history with its first double victory in the World Supersport (WorldSSP) category at the Portuguese round of the Superbike World Championship(WSBK). This breakthrough marked a rare moment for a Chinese motorcycle maker on the top of the WSBK race, ending the decades-long dominance of established European and Japanese brands such as Ducati and Yamaha.
On the championship-winning motorcycle, three core components—the helmet and exhaust system, as well as the ceramic cylinder, the "heart" of the engine—were all made in Guangdong. Guangdong manufacturing played a crucial role in securing this victory—a vivid testament to the strength of the province's integrated motorcycle industry cluster.
