4月1日，央视曝光霸占电商平台销量榜首、多位明星推荐的网红保健品“澳洲优思益”号称澳洲原装进口，实为国内生产，其海外注册地竟是一家汽车维修站。

Three government agencies on Thursday summoned three platform companies - Douyin, Taotian, and Xiaohongshu - for talks regarding issues such asnon-compliant marketingof counterfeit YouthIt products imported through cross-border e-commerce, as first reported by state broadcaster CCTV.

周四，三家政府部门约谈了抖音、淘天和小红书三家平台企业。此前据央视新闻报道，这些平台存在跨境电商进口优思益伪劣产品违规营销等问题。

The office of the food safety commission of the State Council, theState Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR)and theGeneral Administration of Customs (GAC)have ordered these firms to strictly comply with laws and regulations, including theAnti-Unfair Competition Law,the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and the Food Safety Law, according to a notice published on the website of the SAMR.

据国家市场监督管理总局官网发布的通报，国务院食品安全委员会办公室、国家市场监督管理总局（SAMR）以及海关总署（GAC）已要求相关企业严格遵守法律法规，包括《反不正当竞争法》《消费者权益保护法》和《食品安全法》等。

Platforms are urged to earnestly fulfill their primary responsibilities, strengthen the review and vetting ofcross-border e-commerceenterprises, enhance the management of goods sold, intensify efforts to address harmful information, and ensure smooth channels for consumer inquiries, complaints, and reports. In doing so, they will effectively safeguard consumers' legitimate rights and interests and promote the standardized, healthy and orderly development of the industry, noted the document.

文件指出，各平台需切实履行主体责任，加强对跨境电商企业的审核与准入把关，强化商品管理，加大对有害信息的治理力度，同时畅通消费者咨询、投诉和举报渠道。通过上述措施，有效保护消费者合法权益，推动行业朝着规范、健康、有序的方向发展。

CCTV reported on Wednesday that several products from "YouthIt" - which sellers claimed were imported from Australia, as stated on their labels - were in fact produced in China. In addition, the brand's origin story and international awards were fabricated, andonline influencerswere hired to promote the health products.

据央视周三报道，多款名为“优思益”的产品虽然在标签上标称为“澳大利亚进口”，但实际上是在中国生产。此外，该品牌的“起源故事”和所谓的国际奖项均属虚构，并且还雇佣了网红为其保健产品进行推广。

As of Thursday, "YouthIt" products have been removed from platforms including Douyin, Taobao, and Xiaohongshu, and multiple celebrities and live-streamers have issued apologies and offered solutions.

截至周四，“优思益”相关产品已从抖音、淘宝和小红书等平台下架，多位明星和带货主播也已发布道歉声明，并提出相应的解决方案。
