本周我们学习和Work Apps相关的词汇
1. workflow /'wə:k,fləu/
n. 工作流程
搭配：streamline/ simplify the workflow简化工作流程
optimize workflow 优化工作流程
e.g. Automation can streamline our workflow and save time.
e.g. The company introduced a new system to simplify the workflow.
e.g. The new project management tool helps teams optimize workflow and reduce unnecessary steps.
2. digital fatigue
n. 电子疲劳; 屏幕疲劳
e.g. Employees often experience digital fatigue after spending the entire day in virtual meetings.
e.g. Companies are trying to reduce digital fatigue among employees.
类似表达：tech overload 科技过载
e.g. Employees sometimes experience tech overload because they have to juggle multiple apps throughout the day.
补充：juggle v.同时处理很多事情
3. facilitate /fə'sɪlɪteɪt/
v. 促进；使便利
搭配：facilitate communication/ collaboration促进沟通/合作
e.g. Technology helps facilitate communication.
e.g. Work apps facilitate collaboration by allowing employees to share files and
communicate in real time.
近义：streamline v. 使(机构或过程)效率更高;精简
e.g. Work apps can streamline project management by integrating multiple tools.
补充：integrate v. 使融入
4. plug /plʌg/
v. 插入电源
搭配：plug in
e.g. Don’t forget to plug in your laptop before the meeting.
e.g. Employees can plug in their devices to work remotely without interruption.
unplug 拔掉…的(电源)插头
e.g. I always unplug my phone charger after it’s fully charged.
补充：charger n. 充电器
引申含义：摆脱电子设备 / 远离网络
e.g. To prevent digital fatigue, it’s important to unplug after office hours.
e.g. On weekends, I like to unplug from my phone and relax.
5. switch /ˈswɪtʃ/
v. 交换；对调
搭配：switch between projects/ apps 在项目/app间来回切换
switch from A to B 从A 转到B
e.g. I often switch between apps to manage different tasks.
e.g. She switched from email to chat to communicate faster.
搭配：switch off 关闭；[引申含义: 放松；离开工作]
e.g. Please switch off your phone during the meeting.
e.g. After work, I like to switch off and enjoy some quiet time.
