咱们生活里是不是经常遇到这种糟心事？
本来计划好好的一天，出门遇暴雨、工作被骂、家里琐事扎堆，心情瞬间从晴转阴。遇到点挫折，要么崩溃大哭，要么气得睡不着，总觉得老天爷专挑咱们欺负，为啥偏偏是自己这么倒霉？
其实啊，人这一辈子，谁没遇到过几场“风雨”？年轻时怕，中年时慌，可等到年纪稍长，再回头看，那些曾经觉得跨不过去的坎，如今都成了茶余饭后的谈资。今天想跟大家聊一位千古流芳的人物——苏轼，他的人生，就是一部“风雨求生记”，读懂了他的“一蓑烟雨任平生”，就读透了人生的无常，也学会了最顶级的豁达。
苏轼的一生，简直就是“倒霉”的代名词。
他才华横溢，二十多岁就金榜题名，本以为人生是坦途，结果一生被贬黄州、惠州、儋州，从繁华京城贬到偏远蛮荒之地。仕途坎坷，亲人离世，生活颠沛流离，换做普通人，早就抑郁成疾了，可苏轼偏不。
他被贬黄州的时候，家道中落，连温饱都成问题。别人愁眉苦脸、唉声叹气，他倒好，亲自下地种田，给自己取号“东坡居士”，把苦日子过得有滋有味。没钱买肉，就研究“东坡肉”；没地方住，就改建破旧的东坡草堂；心情不好了，就去江边走走，写下“大江东去，浪淘尽，千古风流人物”的豪迈。
最让人动容的，是他那句“莫听穿林打叶声，何妨吟啸且徐行”。
那天他和朋友出门，突然下起大雨，别人都狼狈地跑着躲雨，唯独他披着蓑衣，慢悠悠地走在雨里，还哼着小曲。风雨打在身上又怎样？路不好走又怎样？该走的路还是要走，该过的坎还是要过。

姐妹们，苏轼的一生告诉我们一个道理：人生最大的无常，就是事事皆有变数。
谁也不知道下一秒会发生什么，可能昨天还顺风顺水，今天就跌入谷底。我们总想着掌控一切，求安稳、求顺利、求事事圆满，可生活偏偏喜欢给我们出难题。工作变动、家庭琐事、身体不适，每一件事都在提醒我们：人生本就无常，与其纠结抱怨，不如学会接纳。
而“豁达”，就是应对无常的最好解药。
苏轼的豁达，不是天生的，而是历经磨难后修出来的。他不是没有痛苦，而是把痛苦酿成了美酒；他不是没有委屈，而是把委屈化作了力量。遇到风雨，他不躲不逃，而是吟啸徐行；遇到不公，他不怨不恨，而是随遇而安。
这种豁达，放在咱们普通人的生活里，其实特别实用。
工作上受了委屈，别钻牛角尖，就当是“被贬了一次职”，大不了从头再来；家里有矛盾，别吵得面红耳赤，退一步海阔天空，就像苏轼那样，“且将新火试新茶，诗酒趁年华”；身体不舒服，别过度焦虑，好好调理，日子还是要过。
我有个阿姨，今年六十多岁了，她的人生也像“苏轼式”的坎坷。年轻时丈夫早逝，她一个人拉扯大两个孩子，还要照顾年迈的公婆，家里家外的压力全压在她身上。可她从来没抱怨过，每天乐呵呵的，做饭、养花、跳广场舞，把日子过得红红火火。
我问她：“阿姨，您这么难的日子都熬过来了，怎么还这么开心啊？”
她笑着说：“人生就像下雨，雨总会停的，太阳总会出来的。纠结过去的苦，只会耽误现在的甜。不如像苏轼那样，披着蓑衣慢慢走，沿途看看风景，也是一种福气。”
那一刻我突然明白，苏轼的“一蓑烟雨”，不是让我们逆来顺受，而是教我们在风雨中保持从容，在无常中守住心态。
人生在世，没有谁是一帆风顺的。那些打不倒我们的，终将使我们更强大。就像苏轼，被贬了一次又一次，却活成了千古第一“乐天派”，他的文字穿越千年，依然能治愈我们当下的焦虑与迷茫。
所以姐妹们，别再为了一点小事内耗了。
遇到风雨，就想想“一蓑烟雨任平生”的洒脱；遇到无常，就学学“也无风雨也无晴”的豁达。人生这条路，有晴天就有雨天，有顺境就有逆境，重要的不是风雨多大，而是我们有没有勇气，披着蓑衣，慢慢走下去。
愿我们都能活成苏轼那样的人：历经千帆，归来仍是少年；看透无常，依然心怀热爱。无论生活怎么刁难，都能吟啸徐行，把每一段日子，都过成自己喜欢的模样。
