4月10日，以“锚定十五五·融通育新人：教育强国与拔尖创新人才贯通培养”为主题的高中校长论坛在宁波诺丁汉大学举办。来自教育部门的领导、教育领域的专家学者和50多所重点高中的校领导齐聚一堂，共话拔尖创新人才培养的新思路、新举措。

本次论坛由中国教育发展战略学会人才发展专业委员会主办，宁波诺丁汉大学承办。

中国科学院院士、宁波诺丁汉大学校长谢心澄，中国教育发展战略学会常务副会长、教育部原科技发展中心主任李志民，镇海中学校长吴国平，创新人才教育研究会副会长、国家教育考试指导委员会专家组成员陈志文，浙江省万里教育集团党委书记吕洁，宁波诺丁汉大学党委书记、教育部高等教育评估评价专家委员会专家沈伟其出席论坛。论坛由宁波诺丁汉大学对外关系副校长邱国平主持。

在深入学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神，全面落实《教育强国建设规划纲要（2024—2035年）》部署，精准对接“十五五”时期教育发展战略任务的大背景下，本次论坛立足教育强国建设的新形势新任务新要求，立足人工智能时代教育变革新趋势，力求探索教育创新与拔尖创新人才贯通培养新路径，破解基础教育与高等教育衔接堵点难点。

中国科学院院士、宁波诺丁汉大学校长谢心澄在论坛致辞中表示，在人工智能时代，教育重心需从知识传授转向人的特质培育。宁诺开放优质国际学术资源，与高中共建协同育人平台，以国际化、跨学科、实践导向的培养模式，为创新人才贯通培养提供宁诺方案。

宁诺始终坚持“高水平、国际化”的定位，通过小班化、研讨式的全英文教学，从思维方式、培养理念、育人资源三方面发力，真正培养出兼具中国情怀与国际视野、在人工智能时代从容自立、驾驭未来的国际化创新人才。

中国教育发展战略学会常务副会长、教育部原科技发展中心主任李志民致辞。他指出，教育强国的本质是人才强国，拔尖创新人才是实现高水平科技自立自强的核心支撑。面向“十五五”，需从贯通培养链条、突破学科边界、重构评价体系、培育时代新人四个维度入手，久久为功，持续发力，推动拔尖创新人才培养取得突破性进展。

创新人才教育研究会副会长、国家教育考试指导委员会专家组成员陈志文作《教育强国建设与科技人才培养》主题报告，他指出，科技人才培养是教育强国建设的重中之重，事关高水平科技自立自强；他建议要实事求是，基于现有的人才选拔制度做小切口的调整，强化理工科人才选拔培养，完善拔尖创新人才选拔机制。

镇海中学校长吴国平作《谈拔尖创新人才培养——以镇海中学为例》主题报告，他以本校实践为例，分享了在“教育重在自觉，贵在成全”办学理念下，镇海中学通过构建“基础广博、多层拓展、多元开放、自主选择”的宝塔型课程体系、完善贯通式联合培养等机制，培育拔尖创新人才的经验与丰硕成果。

宁波诺丁汉大学党委书记沈伟其作《宁波诺丁汉大学“大中衔接”育人实践和特色》主题报告，系统展现宁诺“思政引领、课程共建、师资共育、实践共享”的立体化大中衔接育人体系，展示了学校在科创班共建、夏校创新营、中学教师赋能等方面的成果，并且分享了宁诺在升学就业、科研创新、校友发展等领域取得的突出成效，助力学生成长为具备全球胜任力与国际运营能力的专业人才。

论坛期间还举行了协同育人优秀案例暨学生创新成果展示。论坛结束后，参会代表实地参观了宁波诺丁汉大学图书馆、校史馆及校重点实验室，参会代表对学校的办学条件、科研实力和育人氛围给予高度评价。

Shaping future talent: UNNC brings experts together to rethink education in the AI age

The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), in collaboration with the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, hosted a High School Principals Forum on 10 April titled “Anchoring the 15th Five-Year Plan: Advancing Education Excellence and Cultivating Top Innovative Talent through Integration.” The event brought together leading experts, educators and policymakers to explore new approaches to nurturing top innovative talent, with a particular focus on strengthening pathways between secondary and higher education in the age of artificial intelligence.

In his opening remarks, UNNC President and Chinese Academy of Sciences academician Xie Xincheng highlighted the need for education to move beyond knowledge transmission towards nurturing critical thinking, adaptability and global outlooks. He outlined the University’s distinctive “small-scale, high-quality, internationalised” model, which combines discussion-based English-medium teaching, interdisciplinary learning and early research engagement to prepare students for the challenges of an AI-driven future.

Speakers including Li Zhimin, Chen Zhiwen and Wu Guoping emphasised that developing top innovative talent is central to building a leading education system and achieving technological self-reliance. They called for sustained reforms in talent development pathways, assessment systems and subject integration, alongside stronger support for STEM education and closer collaboration between schools and universities.

UNNC representatives also showcased the University’s integrated education model linking secondary and higher education, as well as its strong global partnerships and research networks. With collaborations spanning over 120 countries and more than 4,000 organisations, and a track record of graduate success worldwide, the University continues to demonstrate its strength in nurturing globally competitive talent.

The forum also featured exhibitions of collaborative education initiatives and student innovation projects, with attendees touring key campus facilities. The event underscored UNNC’s commitment to advancing educational innovation and international collaboration, as it continues to contribute to the development of future-ready talent and a world-class education system.
