A simple yet heartwarming initiative at Tianjin University's library has swept Chinese social media: handwritten Q&A cards pinned to a message board, where university students pose their life dilemmas and receive surprisingly insightful answers from primary school children — and vice versa.
卡片 上，大学生写下自己的困惑，小学生 用童真作答；小学生提出奇思妙想，大学生报以深刻思考；中学生吐槽学习上的挫折，大学生给予温暖鼓励。
The "Life Confusion, Quick Q&A" activity quickly went viral on Xiaohongshu. Netizens were deeply moved by the cross-generational sincerity and wit.
有大学生纠结：“怎么能慢点长大？”
一位小学生回复道：“享受当下。”
有大学生提问：“找不到快乐了怎么办？”
一位小学生的回答妙趣横生：“你看看《小猪佩奇》。”
In one exchange, a university student asked, "How can I grow up more slowly?" A child replied, "Enjoy the present moment." Another student wrote, "I can't find happiness anymore." The child’s answer: "Watch Peppa Pig."
在一条“如何进入天津大学”的提问下，有位小学生的回答让人莞尔一笑后又陷入沉思：“开放日我就进来了！”
When a young visitor asked, "How do I get into Tianjin University?" a student in primary school answered, "I just walked in on open day!"
有小学生提问：“这所学校好玩有趣吗？”
一位大学生回复：“有趣！不过首先你要是个有趣的小孩。”
有小学生苦恼于“如何让同学跟自己关系更好？”
大学生给出的答案是：“真诚对待，用心去爱。”
卡片上 还有很多中学生的学习困惑： “数学和物理怎么对我好一点？”“化学到底要怎么学？”“大学压力大吗？”
大学生在留言中回复道：“很多事情都是相互的，尝试着对数学和物理好一点。”
Teenagers also joined in, voicing struggles with physics, math, chemistry, and academic pressure. Older students responded with encouragement: "Try being kinder to math and physics — it's a two-way street."
在一场场跨越年龄的双向问答中，不少网友猛然惊醒，原来很多看似复杂的问题，换一个视角，都能变得十分简单。
也有网友在不知不觉中红了眼眶：“希望小朋友们慢点长大，大朋友们也能开开心心。”
记者了解到，这场看得人心 暖 暖的“人生问答”是天津大学在2026年 “天大·海棠季” 开放日之际策划的活动，名为“人生困惑，快问快答”。
在活动走红 网络后，策划这场活动 的图书馆的老师也十分感动。她表示，活动的初心是给不同年龄段的学生提供一个触手可及的交流平台，帮助他们换个视角看待自身的 “困境”，用童真的话语温柔地提醒大家：幸福，其实是一件很容易的事。
The library staff member who organized the activity said the goal was to create a platform for different ages to share perspectives. "We wanted to help them see their problems through a child's honest lens, and gently remind everyone that happiness can be simple," she said.
校方则表示，大学图书馆是大学的心脏，当市民怀揣向往和好奇来到这里，大学 就让这颗心脏向社会搏动。这颗心脏所输送的不仅是滋养高校学子成长的学术养分，更是惠及全民的文化甘霖。它以开放包容的姿态，搭建起沟通的桥梁，让不同年龄、不同职业的人都能 得到成长。
Tianjin University added that the library is the "heart" of the university. "When citizens bring their curiosity here, we let that heart beat for society — nourishing students, spreading culture, and building bridges across ages and professions."
