演完杀夫戏，这对演员却在片场处成了"松弛感"朋友

Ed Speleers和Mia McKenna-Bruce在《The Lady》里演一对以谋杀收场的恋人，戏外却完全是另一副光景。这部4集限定剧正在BritBox播出，改编自2001年轰动英国的真实案件——前约克公爵夫人莎拉·弗格森的皇家侍女Jane Andrews谋杀男友Tom Cressman。

Speleers告诉Page Six，和McKenna-Bruce搭戏让他有种"lovely way of working"，不用"live in fear"。这种片场松弛感反而帮了大忙，"you weren't trying to talk yourself out of trying to find the darkest corner of yourself"。

2006年，19岁的Speleers靠《龙骑士》出道，如今38岁的他自嘲早过了演农场男孩的岁数。Disney+正在开发剧版《龙骑士》，他倒是想争取反派Galbatorix一角——"which could be an interesting spin on everything"。

被问到《唐顿庄园》往事时，他直接说在那部剧"met my wife there"，还形容那段经历"almost like school days"。至于刚去世的Maggie Smith，他记得对方"really playful"又"so incredibly powerful"。
