4月19日，据微信公众号“中国铁路”消息，铁路12306持续识别遏制恶意抢票行为，努力营造公平公正的购票环境。

As ticket sales pick up ahead of the upcoming May Day holiday, China's official rail ticketing platform 12306 has stepped up measures to curb automated scalping and ensure fair access for travelers.

五一假期火车票开售以来，铁路12306采用大数据分析和风控技术，精准识别频繁大量为非本人购票的铁路12306注册账号和频繁大量为非本人订单支付的支付账户的异常行为，继续采用相关技术限制措施，将有异常行为的铁路12306注册账号放入慢速队列，对有异常行为的支付账户拒绝出票。这些铁路12306注册账号购票时会显示等待，支付账户支付时会显示购票失败。

Using big data analytics and risk-control systems, the platform identifies suspicious activity, including accounts that frequently purchase tickets for unrelated individuals and payment accounts used repeatedly for other people's bookings. Flagged transactions are either placed in a slower processing queue or blocked outright.

4月16日0时至18日24时3天时间内，铁路12306已累计将564万笔交易放入慢速队列，对70.4万笔交易拒绝出票，共拒绝出票105.6万张票，有力遏制了恶意抢票行为。

From 12:00 am on Thursday to 11:59 pm on Saturday, the platform redirected 5.64 million ticket purchase requests to the slower queue and rejected 704,000 transactions. In total, the actions involved more than 1.05 million tickets, significantly disrupting scalpers' operations.

Authorities have urged passengers to book tickets only through the official 12306 platform to avoid potential risks.

铁路部门建议，请务必使用12306官方平台购票。通过“抢票软件”购票不仅不会增加成功率，反而会更慢或购票失败。12306将持续关注“抢票软件”新的恶意抢票形态，有针对性地采取防控措施，同时持续完善12306服务功能，提升购票体验，努力为广大旅客营造公平公正的购票环境。
