Instead, he points to a different path: deeper cooperation across the Global South. Through multilateral platforms like BRICS, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and ASEAN, etc., emerging economies are strengthening their collective voice, not only to be heard, but to drive meaningful action.
