不负自己，不负岁月，不负枉此生，微笑前行。

昨天在地铁上，看见一个穿着蓝色工装的中年男人。他靠在车厢角落，闭着眼睛，脸上满是疲惫。手机屏幕亮着，是他女儿发来的语音："爸爸你什么时候回来呀，我想你了。"他没有回复，只是嘴角微微上扬，然后继续闭目养神。那一刻我突然明白，所谓的不负此生，不过就是在生活的重压下，依然选择笑着往前走。这个世界上，没有谁的人生是容易的。我认识一个姑娘叫阿雨，三十岁那年被公司裁员。拿着遣散费的那天晚上，她一个人在出租屋里哭到天亮。第二天早上，她擦干眼泪，开始投简历。连续面试了二十多家公司，要么嫌她年纪大，要么嫌她经验不匹配。最难的时候，她连房租都快交不起了。但她从来没在朋友圈抱怨过一句。每次发的都是"今天天气真好"、"路边的花开了"这样的话。后来她跟我说："生活已经够苦了，我不想把负能量传递给别人，也不想让自己越陷越深。"现在的阿雨，开了一家小小的花店。虽然赚得不多，但每天笑容满面。她说，那段最难的日子教会了她，人啊，得学会跟自己和解。

不负自己，就是在跌倒之后，依然有勇气重新站起来。我见过太多人活得很累。累的不是工作有多辛苦，而是心里装了太多不该装的东西。别人的眼光、世俗的标准、过去的错误，这些东西像一座座大山，压得人喘不过气来。我有个发小叫志强，从小成绩就不好。家里人总拿他跟别人家的孩子比，说他没出息。长大后他开了个修车铺，虽然日子过得不错，但总觉得抬不起头。每次同学聚会，别人聊的是项目、是投资，他就坐在角落里不说话。有一次喝多了，他问我："你说我这辈子是不是挺失败的？"我说："你养活了一家四口，儿子健康快乐，老婆温柔贤惠，这难道不是成功？"他愣住了。其实很多时候，我们活得不快乐，不是因为拥有得太少，而是因为总盯着自己没有的东西。学会欣赏自己的人生，才是对自己最大的温柔。

不负岁月，不是要活得多么轰轰烈烈，而是让每一天都过得有滋有味。楼下住着一对老夫妻，八十多岁了。每天傍晚都能看见他们手牵手在小区里散步。老爷爷走得慢，老奶奶就放慢脚步等他。两个人偶尔说说话，更多时候就是安静地走着。有次在电梯里遇见老奶奶，我忍不住问她："您跟老伴这么多年，有什么秘诀吗？"她笑着说："哪有什么秘诀，就是好好过每一天呗。年轻时候吵过架，也想过分开，但后来想想，能一起慢慢变老，就是最大的幸福了。"是啊，岁月很长，长到可以把所有的棱角都磨平；岁月也很短，短到一转眼就白了头。与其在计较和抱怨中虚度光阴，不如珍惜眼前的每分每秒。做顿可口的饭菜，看场喜欢的电影，陪家人聊聊天，这些看似平常的小事，才是岁月给我们最好的礼物。

微笑前行，不是要你假装坚强，而是学会在苦难中找到希望。我曾经采访过一位癌症康复者。她告诉我，确诊那天，她觉得天都塌了。化疗的时候，头发一把一把地掉，照镜子都不认识自己。"那段时间你是怎么熬过来的？"我问。她说："每天早上醒来，我都告诉自己，今天又是新的一天。窗外的阳光那么好，我还能呼吸，还能看见家人，这就够了。"现在的她，每天坚持晨跑，还学会了画画。她说生了一场大病才明白，能好好活着，本身就是一种幸运。生活确实会给我们出很多难题，但同时也会给我们继续走下去的理由。孩子的笑脸、爱人的拥抱、朋友的关心、路边的野花，这些细小的美好，都值得我们微笑以对。

所谓不负此生，不过就是认真对待每一个当下。别总想着等有钱了再去做想做的事，别总觉得等有时间了再去陪家人。生命很脆弱，谁也不知道明天和意外哪个先来。想吃的美食就去吃，想见的人就去见，想说的话就大声说出来。别让太多的"等以后"变成永远的遗憾。对自己好一点，累了就休息，委屈了就哭出来，开心了就放声笑。你的人生，不需要活成别人期待的样子。对身边的人温柔一些，多一些理解，少一些计较。能陪你走一程的人不多，且行且珍惜。这一生很长，长到足够你去体验种酸甜苦辣；这一生也很短，短到不够你去浪费在无谓的纠结上。既然来这世上走一遭，就让自己活得值得。不为难自己，不辜负时光，用心感受生活的每一种滋味。无论前方的路有多难，都记得给自己一个微笑。因为你值得拥有所有的美好，也配得上更好的未来。
