受中东冲突持续导致原油价格高企影响，全球日化巨头宝洁公司日前发出警告，预计2027财年利润将因此损失约10亿美元。宝洁还预警本财年四季度将因商品成本上涨额外承受1.5亿美元的损失。

石油作为“化工之母”，是日化行业的核心基础原料。宝洁旗下汰渍、帮宝适、潘婷等品牌的产品，从表面活性剂、合成油脂等核心原料，到塑料瓶、包装袋等包材，再到全球物流运输，全链条高度依赖石油及衍生品。宝洁首席财务官在媒体电话会议上表示，当油价徘徊在每桶100美元左右时，对投入成本会产生显著影响。成本影响来自三方面的叠加：与大宗商品挂钩的通胀、原料价格波动以及中东冲突导致的物流中断。宝洁2025年的总销货成本高达408.5亿美元，这意味着油价每上涨一分钱，其成本压力都将被急剧放大。

当前，地缘冲突的影响正跨越地域与行业界限，从能源市场传导至化工、日化等多个领域，最终影响终端消费品的价格和企业的盈利空间。对消费者而言，这意味着洗衣液、洗发水等刚需日用品价格或持续走高，民生消费压力进一步加大。

博世与奇瑞签署战略合作协议

Bosch and Chery have Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

近日，博世（中国）投资有限公司与奇瑞汽车股份有限公司签署了一项48V整车架构合作开发及量产框架协议。该战略合作伙伴关系旨在推动新一代48V整车架构在中国率先实现量产。

Bosch (China) Investment Ltd. and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. have signed a framework agreement for the joint development and mass production of a 48-volt vehicle architecture. This strategic partnership aims to pioneer the mass production of the next-generation 48-volt vehicle architecture in China.

据了解，此次博世与奇瑞深化合作，重点聚焦重构智能汽车底层电气架构。双方联合开发的48V整车供电功率提升至15kW，系统减重超过10千克。

This deepened collaboration between Bosch and Chery focuses on redesigning the underlying electrical architecture of intelligent vehicles. The jointly developed 48-volt vehicle architecture could increase total vehicle power supply capacity to 15kW, and reduce overall system weight by more than 10 kilograms.

博世方面还表示，该架构可确保智驾、制动、转向等关键系统在极限工况下稳定运行。该技术未来还可扩展至机器人等新兴领域。

Bosch also stated that the architecture could ensuring stable operation of critical systems such as automated driving, braking and steering under extreme conditions. This technology is also scalable to emerging fields such as robots in the future.

耐克启动年内第二轮裁员 削减1400人

Nike Cuts 1,400 Roles in Second Round of Layoffs This Year

据外媒报道，美国耐克公司宣布启动年内第二轮裁员，在全球运营范围内削减约1400个岗位，其中大部分集中在技术部门。

According to foreign media reports, Nike announced the launch of its second round of layoffs this year, cutting approximately 1,400 employees roles in global operations, mostly concentrated in its technology department.

据悉，这并非耐克今年的首次裁员。今年1月，耐克宣布裁减近800个岗位，主要涉及美国本土物流配送中心，原因是公司加快自动化设备普及。

It is reported that this is not Nike's first layoff this year. In January of this year, Nike announced the layoff of nearly 800 positions, primarily at its U.S.-based distribution centers, as the company accelerates the popularization of automation equipment.

截止到今年2月份的2026财年第三季度财报显示，耐克营收达到112.8亿美元，同比基本持平；净利润为5.2亿美元，同比下滑35%。

As of the third quarter financial report of the 2026 fiscal year ending in February this year, Nike's revenue reached $11.28 billion, which was basically unchanged year-on-year; the net profit was $520 million, a year-on-year decrease of 35%.
