On April 24, Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. convened its 2025 annual review and 2026 planning meeting for the “Three Pillars of Excellence” initiative. The meeting comprehensively summarized the Group’s achievements in lean value creation, outlined key priorities for the coming year, and commended advanced collectives and individuals for their outstanding lean performance in 2025.

At the conference, Xingfa Aluminum stood out for its solid, end-to-end lean operations and was awarded the title of “Best Lean Practice Unit of 2025” within Guangxin Group. Meanwhile, the company’s lean backbone members, Chen Xin and Chen Bin, were honored respectively as “Lean Star” and “Lean Collaboration Pioneer,” and were formally presented with Lean Black Belt sashes on site. Xingfa Aluminum swept multiple top honors at both organizational and individual levels, reflecting the company's continuous exploration and proactive efforts in lean management.
