朝中社平壤５月３日电 朝鲜民主主义人民共和国外务省发言人就美国毫无根据地议论朝鲜“网络威胁”一事，３日回答朝鲜中央通讯社记者提问。回答如下：
近期，美国怂恿政府机关、御用媒体和阴谋团体渲染不存在的朝鲜“网络威胁”，试图向国际社会扩散错误的对朝认知。
美国谎称全球各地发生的网络欺诈行为都与朝鲜有关，反而把拥有全球最高新网络技术能力的自己说成全球最大的“受害者”，这是他们单方面主张的一个共同点。
美国实际上掌控全球信息技术基础设施，对他国实施无差别的网络攻击，这回自己以所谓“受害者”自居，这有谁看到都毫不相称。
美国炒作朝鲜“网络威胁”是历来套用的对朝敌视政策的延续、出于政治目的散布虚假信息来抹黑我们国家的污蔑阴谋行为，纯粹是无稽之谈，别有用心。
坚决反对和粉碎任何企图把网络问题当做侵犯主权、干涉内政的政治工具的不纯图谋，保护全人类共同财富——网络空间免遭一切恶意行为威胁，这是朝鲜一贯坚持的政策立场。
对于敌对势力在包括网络空间在内的诸多领域变本加厉的对抗企图，朝鲜民主主义人民共和国绝不能熟视无睹，并积极采取必要的一切措施维护国家利益、保护公民权益。（完）

조선민주주의인민공화국 외무성 대변인은 미국이 무근거한 우리의 《싸이버위협》에 대해 여론화하고있는것과 관련하여 3일 조선중앙통신사 기자가 제기한 질문에 다음과 같이 대답하였다.
최근 미국은 정부기관들과 어용언론기관,모략단체들을 내세워 존재하지도 않는 우리의 《싸이버위협》에 대해 떠들면서 국제사회에 그릇된 대조선인식을 확산해보려고 시도하고있다.
그들의 일방적주장에서 한가지 공통점은 세계각곳에서 일어나는 싸이버관련 사기행위들이 모두 우리와 련관되며 세계최고의 싸이버기술력을 자랑하는 미국이 세계최대의 《피해자》로 되고있다는것이다.
전지구적인 정보기술하부구조를 실제상 통제권밑에 두고있으면서 다른 나라들에 대한 무차별적인 싸이버공격을 일삼고있는 미국이 스스로를 《피해자》로 묘사하고있는것은 누가 보아도 전혀 어울리지 않는다.
미국이 그 누구의 《싸이버위협》에 대해 여론화하고있는것은 력대적으로 답습해온 대조선적대시정책의 연장으로서 정치적목적에서 출발한 허위정보류포로 우리 국가의 영상에 먹칠을 하기 위한 황당무계한 중상모략외에 그 무엇도 아니다.
전인류의 공동의 재부인 싸이버공간을 온갖 악의적행위로부터 보호하며 싸이버문제를 주권침해와 내정간섭의 정치적도구로 삼으려는 그 어떤 불순한 기도에 대해서도 철저히 반대배격하는것은 우리의 일관한 정책적립장이다.
조선민주주의인민공화국은 싸이버공간을 포함한 다령역분야에서 더욱 로골화되고있는 적대세력들의 대결기도를 절대로 묵과하지 않을것이며 국익수호와 공민들의 권익보호를 위한 필요한 모든 조치들을 적극적으로 강구해나갈것이다.(끝)

Pyongyang, May 3 (KCNA) -- A spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK gave the following answer to a question raised by KCNA on May 3 as regards the fact that the U.S. is hyping a story about the unfounded "cyber threat" from the DPRK:
Recently, the U.S. government organs, reptile media organs and plot-breeding organizations are trying to spread incorrect understanding of the DPRK to the international community, talking about the non-existent "cyber threat" from the DPRK.
One common point in their unilateral assertion is that all cyber-related frauds in different parts of the world are related to us and that the U.S. boasting of the world's best cyber technical power is the world's greatest "victim".
It is quite unreasonable for the U.S., which resorts to indiscriminate cyber attacks on other countries with the global IT infrastructure under its control, to describe itself as the "victim".
The building up of public opinion about someone's "cyber threat" is an extension of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK being repeated by its successive regimes. This is nothing but an absurd slander to tarnish the image of our country by spreading false information in pursuit of political purposes.
It is our consistent policy stand to protect cyber space, the common wealth of mankind, from all sorts of malicious acts and thoroughly reject any sinister attempt to use the cyber issue as a political tool for violating sovereignty and interfering in internal affairs of others.
The DPRK will never tolerate the hostile forces' attempt at confrontation getting more undisguised in various domains including cyber space, but actively take all necessary measures for defending the interests of the state and protecting the rights and interests of its citizens. -0-
