桂林市文化广电和旅游局5月11日发布情况通报:
近日,有网友发布投诉桂林某演唱会座椅脏等相关信息,引起广泛关注。桂林市文化广电和旅游局联合相关部门开展核查,现将有关情况通报如下:
一、关于网友反映演唱会期间,体育场看台区部分座椅存在卫生未清洁的情况。经核实,情况属实。未清洁座椅位于体育场二层东3-4区看台,系主办方工作人员在清洁作业过程中疏漏所致,我们对主办方提出严厉批评,主办方已向该网友诚恳道歉。
Guilin Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism issued a statement on Monday in response to a netizen's complaint about dirty seats at a recent concert and the subsequent blocking of the user on the bureau's official Douyin account.
According to the bureau's investigation, the complaint about uncleaned seats in the stadium's spectator area was verified. The affected seats were located in the East Zones 3 and 4 on the second floor, and the lapse was attributed to an oversight by event staff during cleaning operations. The bureau has severely criticized the organizer, who has since apologized to the netizen.
二、关于网友反映被我局官方抖音号拉黑的问题。经初步核查,我局抖音账号的确存在将该网友账号进行拉黑的情况,网友反映情况属实。我局已向该网友诚恳道歉,并已解除拉黑。
此次事件,暴露出我们工作上还存在短板和疏漏,我们将以此为契机深入开展自查,认真反思、立行立改,严肃追究相关人员责任,努力补齐短板,持续优化大型活动及文旅服务体验,加强文旅官方账号运营管理,用心用情为广大游客和网友做好服务工作。

Separately, the bureau confirmed that its Douyin account did block the complaining user. Having acknowledged the error, the bureau has removed the block and issued a sincere apology to the individual.
In its statement, the bureau admitted shortcomings in its work, pledged to launch an internal review, hold responsible personnel accountable, and improve its management of large events, cultural tourism services, and official social media accounts. It expressed deep regret for the negative experience caused to concertgoers and the online community, and thanked the public and media for their oversight and support.
