5月10日,黄霄雲工作室发文回应称,黄霄雲确诊为由缺少睡眠、疲劳和压力引起的耳石症复发,现已强制其遵循医嘱进入休息状态,并已确认其状态趋于平稳。

工作室表示,后续会持续关注黄霄雲身体情况,调整工作节奏,保障充足休息时间。

On Saturday evening, Chinese singer Huang Xiaoyun suddenly collapsed backstage after performing at a star-studded concert in Suizhou, Hubei province. The following day, her studio confirmed that she had suffered a recurrence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), commonly known as "ear rocks" disorder, triggered by sleep deprivation, fatigue, and stress. The studio added that Huang has been ordered to rest and is now in stable condition, with future work schedules to be adjusted to ensure adequate recovery time.

2025年,广州日报曾报道一起“25岁女生熬夜打麻将患上耳石症”的案例。医生提醒,一般来说,耳石症在40~60岁的人群内多发,但近年来的数据显示,随着人们生活方式的改变,耳石症已经悄悄“盯上”了年轻人,来医院眩晕门诊就诊的患者中,很多是耳石症患者,其中熬夜族、低头族等都是高发人群。

In 2025, Guangzhou Daily reported the case of a 25-year-old woman who developed BPPV after staying up late playing mahjong. While the disorder typically affects people between the ages of 40 and 60, doctors note that changing lifestyles have made it increasingly common among younger demographics. Many patients visiting vertigo clinics are now young adults, with late-night workers and those who spend long hours looking down at their phones being particularly vulnerable.

耳石症到底是什么病?

据了解,耳石症是一种常见的内耳疾病,通常会导致患者在起床或活动时感到剧烈眩晕。

调查显示,患者自认为导致头晕的前三个原因是颈椎病、脑供血不足和高血压,但临床诊断却大相径庭,绝大多数眩晕其实是因为“耳石症”。

So what exactly is BPPV? It is a common inner ear disorder characterized by intense, brief episodes of vertigo triggered by head movements or changes in body position, such as getting out of bed. Surveys show that patients often attribute their dizziness to cervical spine problems, insufficient blood supply to the brain, or high blood pressure. However, clinical diagnosis tells a different story: the vast majority of vertigo cases actually stem from BPPV.

耳朵有两大功能:听觉和平衡。在内耳椭圆囊和球囊的囊斑上有一层耳石膜,上面附有一种专门感知重力和速度变化的碳酸钙盐结晶,即耳石。

一旦这些石头脱落,掉到旁边的半规管里,头位改变时,耳石就会因重力作用在半规管内滚动,产生加速度,出现眩晕。

当我们保持头部静止,耳石随重力掉到最低处便不再滑动,眩晕就会消失,这就是耳石症,也称“良性阵发性位置性眩晕”。

The ear serves two major functions — hearing and balance. On the macula of the utricle and saccule inside the inner ear lies a membrane covered with tiny calcium carbonate crystals called otoconia, which help sense gravity and acceleration. When these crystals become dislodged and fall into the adjacent semicircular canals, head movements cause them to roll inside the canals, creating a false sense of motion and triggering sudden vertigo. Once the head stays still, the crystals settle, and the dizziness subsides — hence the term "benign paroxysmal positional vertigo".

5件事可以预防耳石“离家出走”

耳石症的发作诱因比较明确,过度劳累,缺少睡眠,高血压、高血脂等导致内耳供血不足,均可诱发耳石症。北京医院耳鼻喉科主任医师宋海涛提醒,控好以下因素有助预防耳石脱落。

① 避免过度劳累

过度疲劳会造成内耳小动脉发生痉挛、缺血,从而诱发耳石症。对年轻人来说,耳石症发作的重要原因之一就是过度疲劳。

② 合理晒太阳,补钙

由于耳石内含碳酸钙结晶,如果发生骨质疏松,局部结构的变化会增加耳石脱落风险。

多数人每天在阳光下晒20分钟,即可满足机体所需;儿童短些,老人长些,但一般需控制在30分钟内。

建议成年人每天喝300克纯牛奶/酸奶,或吃30克奶酪;每天吃300~500克蔬菜(生重),其中深绿色菜占一半;1~2两豆制品,如豆腐、豆干等。

③ 每天睡够7小时

压力大、睡眠不好等情况,也会造成内耳小动脉缺血。尽量每晚睡够七八个小时,减少熬夜。

④ 积极控制相关疾病

比如梅尼埃病、中耳炎等,可能会导致半规管缺血损伤,诱发耳石脱落。高血压、高血糖、心血管疾病等,也可导致内耳血液循环不良,引起耳石脱落。

前庭康复训练

耳石症患者痊愈后,可在医生指导下加强前庭康复训练,对降低复发有一定帮助。
